Muy cómodo y limpio. El personal del hotel es muy amable y hospitalario. El desayuno es delicioso con sabores indonesios. El precio es valioso para un viaje de negocios cerca de un evento en ICE. La estancia es buena en general! Una área de mejora sería poner secador de pelo en cada habitación en lugar de tener que reservar.

CCalista77Great location! 5 mins drive away from ICE BSD convention centre and AEON mall just right opposite. The only downside during my stay was the toilet ceiling was leaking water and I couldn’t get a change of room as it was fully booked at the time, so I had to wait till they got it fixed.

ZZakkira BinteThe first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel

UUsuario invitadoI booked the hotel for one night and it was a nightmare. The officer gave me a room facing the road. I can hear the vehicles noise from my room. I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. At the end, i slept with my air pods on.

UUsuario anónimoHotel lacks quite a far bit… only convenient if you need a place to stay within super duper close proximity after attending a concert at ICE BSD. Even then usually the place will be bustling and busy and staff will be overwhelmed. Service is understandably much slower as they have to handle a huge crowd. During my check in I was not informed that my access card will not be activated until 15+mins later. I lugged my luggage up, all ready to settle down and rest in the room but ended up spending a good 10mins outside the door trying to go in but wasn’t able to. I begrudgingly lugged my luggage down again to find the staff to assist. Only after we went up again could the card be used to unlock the door. Would’ve appreciated if the check in staff informed me in advance then at least I don’t have to waste a trip up only to have to come down again with my belongings.
First impression of the room… it is definitely decent for resting but I honestly would not choose this hotel again for any future concerts. Just my own personal preference. It looks good in the pictures and I do see a lot of fans staying over at the hotel. They seem ok and happy. If you’re one who prioritises cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not be suitable for you. The card incident and the hotel room impression did affected me in some ways. I made a booking to another hotel and left within hours.
Ps. The room I was assigned to only had the old 2 pin plugs and I did not bring any adaptors so that was one of the few reasons why I left. Also there was eyelash on the counter I thought these were just signs the room is not for me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel too badly if I wasn’t alone 😭

UUsuario anónimoBooked this hotel to attend a concert at ICE, walking distance to ICE but if you're alone its not safe to walk at night because there are no light poles along the road. Room is big enough for one/two person, bed was comfy. The air conditioning is not that cold. The only problem was toilet. It's a bit smelly and the sink tap in my room didn't function (water not coming out). Still it was a nice overnight stay.
