La Kasbah d'Ouzoud

I and a group of 5 others stopped by while doing the Monkey Run, to see Ouzoud Falls in the morning after. The team behind the desk were hard to push for any sort of discount so don't expect one yourself. However, the rooms are away from the hubbub of central Ouzoud, with spectacular views (especially from the roof deck), and a lovely pool to lounge by. It was absurdly cold to swim in though, which spoiled that somewhat, but no fault of the management, more just the time of year we were there! Dinner was an good individual Tagine of chicken and vegetables, similar to what I experienced in other parts of the Atlas mountains. We chose not to worry about starters or dessert, so your mileage may vary based upon whether you have that or not. They lit a fire for us afterwards and we sat in the common room, which was an excellent experience. We chose the bungalows for our stay, three to a room. The water is hot and consistent which was important after some cold days, the rooms are climatized and the beds were perfect for me (which is to say, a little harder than some like it, your mileage may vary). Breakfast was the highlight with pancakes, omlettes, fruit, yoghurts and plenty of bread. They did charge us extra for bottled water, so beware of that on your bill. However, the entire group were very seriously contemplating staying another day at the Riad and doing the push to Marrakech all of one day rather than getting halfway there. I think that says it all, really.

Lovely tranquil setting. Amazing pool and nice chilled vibe. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Accommodation is basic but clean. Breakfast was excellent and Dinner was very good (they discussed what you would like to eat and cooked it for you off menu - great for vegetarians like us). Would definitely recommend a couple of nights here if you want to explore the nearby falls.

Un véritable havre de paix, avec un paysage magnifique. Établissement décoré avec goût, très beaux jardins et très belle piscine. Personnel aux petits soins avec ma famille et moi même. Notre hôte était à notre écoute. Excellent repas et petit déjeuner traditionnel. Chambre / Appartement familial , literie impeccables. Un plus, le site des cascades n'est qu'à quelques minutes de la Kasbah. Ma famille et moi avons adoré cet établissement.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son charme et son emplacement. L accueil laisse à désirer, le responsable de l hotel est antipathique, hautain, fourbe et mesquin. Nous sommes arrivés le soir vers 18h, nous étions 5 personnes, nous avions regardés le prix sur Bouking et il nous annonce un autre montant !!! Après négociation, nous obtenons le prix que nous souhaitions avec petit déjeuner compris. mais ne payons pas de suite. Il demande si nous mangeons là ce soir, sur le moment nous disons oui, mais vu sa façon désagréable de nous parler nous changeons d avis. Il c est passé 10mn entre notre oui et notre non. Je passe devant la réception , le responsable m'a aborder et me dis: pourquoi vous ne mangez pas ici ? Je lui réponds que nous allons profiter d une balade au village pour dîner. Nous passons une nuit dans les bingalows. Rien à dire sur la propriété Les lendemain matin nous prenons le petit-déjeuner, nous attendons un long moment avant d'être servi. Serveur très agréable. Je sors de la salle de restauration, ma famille déjeune encore, le responsable et un autre homme se mettent devant moi et il me dit: il faut payer. Je lui répond que nous allons sortir nos valises des bingalows et que je viens le voir pour lui remettre les clés et payer. Il surveillait tous mes fait et gestes. ( sachant qu'au Maroc ils récupèrent nos identités à l arrivée ) Voiture chargée nous nous rendons à l accueil pour régler et là, le responsable m annonce un prix complètement différent de ce que nous avions convenu la veille. Je demande des explications et avec son air antipathique il me répond que nous n avons pas dîner à l hôtel et donc que le prix de la nuit est plus cher. Je lui réponds que je n'ai pas pris une pension complète et que je mange ou je veux !!! Après une longue discussion, nous arrivons à convenir d'un prix. L'hôtel est magnifique mais le responsable ne correspond pas à la qualité du service

Très bon séjour avec Ayoub le guide de l'agence Morocco. A l'écoute et très disponible. De très bon conseil, des visites et des sorties au top. Je recommande fortement. Corinne (le colonel), Valérie et Nadia

Arrivando da lontano la struttura ci è sembrata molto bella ma poi quando ci hanno assegnato le camere sono iniziati i problemi .. Peccato perché il giardino è la piscina sono molto belli . Anche la cena non è andata male . Ci hanno dato la camera ed una volta aperte le valigie e preparati per la doccia sono nati i problemi . Acqua soltanto a bollore . Per fortuna mia moglie si è scottata soltanto la mano . A quel punto sono intervenuto dicendo che c’era un problema . Ci siamo dovuti rivestire e cambiare la camera . Ma i problemi non erano finiti perché ancora l’acqua non usciva . Con l’arrivo dell’idraulico sono riusciti a risolvere . Le camere sono per i sette nani .. occhio alla testa e al lampadario al centro camera . Mobili brutti bagno scassato . Alla fine ci hanno anche fatto pagare l’acqua gassata e il tè.. peccato peccato
