Absolutely fabulous place! The room is so well equipped and clean. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was delicious. Ample parking - and a disabled parking space that I really appreciated. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I was able to book this hotel from Australia by phoning and speaking to one of the wonderful staff members. We stayed an executive room and were totally amazed when we walked into our room. It was ENORMOUS as was the bathroom. For the first time in almost 50 years of travelling to England we had allocated space for 2 suitcases plus 2 carry on bags. No crawling over a bag to get to the bed etc. In fact, no luggage anywhere but the allocated area. A lot of thought and planning has gone into the design of the room. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, huge walk in shower, vanity unit so place to set your toiletries, two chairs with a table so we could relax without sitting on the bed. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was just amazing as were the staff. So friendly. This is an absolute gem of a hotel.

Just had a one night stay after our coastal trip . We has 2 rooms numbers 1and 2 on the ground floor of the main hotel . Nice big room . Had a few drinks in the little garden area at the back of hotel . Front of hotel looks onto a fen which was nice watching the barges pass by . We dined in the main restaurant in the evening the meal was lovely and so was the dessert . Breakfast again was very good .

My wife and I spent two nights here, and it was a most pleasant experience, due to the staff, facilities and delicious food available. We enjoyed the layout of the Hotel and the generous car parking. It is not very often that we wander this way (from Devon) but we will return next year. Excellent.

Excellent accommodation, as it’s one of the best and my favourite hotel within the area, for visiting friends and family nearby. Also, there’s a great food choice of quality meals within the restaurant as well. Lovely full breakfast in the morning. Lastly, the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Thanks again for another great stay!

The beds were so comfy! I don’t know what the mattress is but it’s really comfy. The staff could not be more helpful to us. We were a large party of 9 and they had made us a table up in the morning so we could all sit together and have breakfast. They really couldn’t do enough for us.

Absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful, new, cosy and well located hotel. It feels luxurious yet it has the family feel. Stunning and clean bedrooms, gorgeous food (best burguers we tried in a long time and delicious homemade icecream). Staff are welcoming, courteous and helpful. Thumbs up to Casey for his impeccable customer service. Only half an hour away from Sandringham Estate and a 15 minutes drive to Downham Market. Plenty of parking. Easy access. We will come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Norfolk.

All was good until Easter Monday morning for breakfast, we ordered full english breakfast as we had done the previous morning, as it arrived we noticed the it was just piled up and floating in oil, the worst was the hash browns, fried slice , Not a pleasant taste at all, we realised this was a different chef from the previous morning,
