PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I came here for a mini moon after getting married and it was a massive disappointment. The feeling of being unsettled and stuck let’s just say was not relaxing Grounds- The hotel is nothing like it’s pictures! There are no staff around The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. They use to provide shuttle buses but the excuses now that it’s Covid so they do not. Food - They use to do all inclusive they do not now. It is ridiculous how they a hotel of this size has no shops and they have closed the snack bar and only serve breakfast from the restaurant. Bassicly your stuck once your here unless you want to spend £19 on a taxi and that is just one way!! I got two ice coffee as the restaurant only serve drinks, I found out that they only take cash. You would think after the hassle they put me and my husband through and after expressing how disappointed we are they would give us complimentary breakfast or even the 2 coffees. The lights DO NOT WORK ANYWHERE - bedroom - Resection toilet -toilets by the pool. Room- Rooms are very bassic! Don’t go by the pictures, they have just dressed the room up for the pictures. The oven did not work and only one hob worked. We got moved to another room and the oven still did not work. The room has no kettle or toaster The room has no sharpe knifes for cooking The phone is the room does not work. The bathroom door does not shut because of water damage As the hotel is so far away and they do not provide you with anything!!!! You think they would Just put a bottle of water in the fridge In summary I will be asking for a full refund as this hotel is nothing of what it advertises.

We had read reviews and they were not good. However we decided to go. On arrival at reception we waited whilst people in front of us complained. It was awful. I actually felt sorry for the staff. Most complaints we heard were about the cleanliness We had to stay as our two children were looking forward to a holiday. Firsty, the rooms were clean. However the fridge doors would not close. Only one ring of the cooker worked. There were no cooking untensils to use. As the restaurant was only open for breakfast and closed all the day these things would be needed. The childrens pool was a a disgrace. I actually thought that the tiles in the middle of the pool were just a very much darker colour, until i walked out there with my children. It was algea growing on the tiles from nil maintenance or cleaning. It was slippery, dangerous and unhealthy underfoot. We could not let our children play in this pool. There was no childrens entertainment in the evening as advertised. Tennis courts has no tennis balls or rackets All in all a very poor show. Of course we complained again, the reception staff told us that the managenment were not interested and that they ignored all the complaints. They also said that they expected the Vizir to be closed down after December. There you have it. We are legitimate, we stayed in room 405A Bill Morgan and family

Piscine 100% femmes sans vis à vis nous avons passer un bon moment mes sœurs et moi nous sommes parties hier . Il y’avais personnes donc génial on a peu bien profité :) c’est propre et c’est super beau ! je recommande à 100% seul inconvénient apportez votre nourriture et boisson car il y’en a pas ce qui est dommage sinon nous avons adorées

Je suis très étonnée de voir un avis stipulant un remboursement de séjour en été suite au covid par l'hôtel car pour ma part malgré plusieurs contact avec l'hôtel par mail et par téléphone suite à un versement d'un acompte pour un séjour malheureusement annulé aussi par le covid l'hôtel n'a jamais voulu me rembourser. Même en montrant la preuve de l'annulation du vol par rayanair suite au covid. Je devais recevoir un avoir qui n'a jamais été envoyé. Donc dire que c'est un hôtel sérieux désolé mais Non. Nous sommes deux familles à être dans cette situation. A l'heure d'aujourd'hui les mails pour joindre l'hôtel me reviennent. Impossible de les joindre. A ce jour je n'ai ni remboursement ni avoir.

Je suis très très satisfait de cet hôtel, j’y étais une première fois et super séjour. Et j’ai voulu y retourner été 2020 , mais malheureusement le Covid a fait son apparition et donc vacances annulées.Mais l’Hotel Vizir nous a remboursé la totalité de notre séjour immédiatement après le confinement mondial . Donc Hôtel très sérieux. Et merci à eux , je compte y revenir cet été.

J'ai été victime un arnaque de la part de cet hotel. en fait après avoir payer mon séjour par carte bancaire la demoiselle de réception m'a fait comprendre que le payement n'a pas été effectué en m montrant un ticket qu'elle a fait sortir du TPE comme quoi y a aucune transaction qui a été effectué. j'ai refait le payement et je lui ai demander de me remettre un mot comme quoi si jamais le payement s'effectue doublement, l'hotel procedera au remboursement le lendemain. effectivement le lendemain je découvre que le payement à été effectué deux fois, mais le remboursement n'a jamais été effectué sous prétexte que le directeur n'a pas donner son accord ou qu'il n'est pas disponible
