On arrival the booking was not confirmed despite calls being made. Breakfast serving is different depending on the booking. This transpired as a colleague was requested not to enter a breakfast room on a luxury booking on the last day. Previous days could not be addressed immediately because from the onset you are directed which room to eat from. This differential treatment is nonsensical. Queries were raised and the managing staff ( blonde lady) could not provide the written policy for the differential treatment as she claimed it’s company policy. The owner in attempts to resolve the queries raised, was rather defensive and was exceptionally rude with racial utterances “it’s only you Namibians that complain”. Noteworthy to state, the delegation is from Switzerland and Zimbabwe. But of course it must be the color that can direct the owner to make such an assumption. Either way why was there a differential treatment. This is unacceptable in a liberated Namibia. The guesthouse is not the problem but managing staff are rude (blonde lady in particular that refused to give her name). Queries are only to improve the business. Improve Out of Africa.
