Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & Spa

This boutique property in the middle of the White City is a fantastic base to explore Puglia, while being a warm oasis after a day out. Everyone is super friendly, the food is exceptional. The staff were able to make recommendations and reservations for things to do and see in the region which added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Such a magical hotel. Incredible staff, gorgeous and spacious rooms, and a perfect restaurant and bar. Only 11 rooms so you feel like family and as if you are staying in someone’s palace. Do not even think twice about staying here!!! It’s the perfect and best hotel in the region!!

As others have said in their reviews this hotel values aesthetics over hospitality, facilities and care. We paid for a superior suite and got dumped in a dark basement room with 1 window that opened on to the restaurant. On explaining to the staff that we had paid for a room specifically with a terrace, we were met with defensiveness and made to wait a day for another room to become available. It’s a shame because the interiors are nicely done but it feels like they are now trying to overcharge to make up for however much they spent on the renovation. Again as others have said - everything is for sale even down to the laundry bag in the room. It just feels very money grabby. The spa is extra and parking is not included if you don’t book direct (it was literally the first thing they told us on arrival). At this price point, you’d expect excellent attention to detail but it’s just not there. We didn’t get fresh water every day, sometimes towels were taken and not replaced, we didn’t get enough toilet roll. We didn’t get towels for the pool outside - it’s very hit and miss. There’s pigeon poo all round the pool area. I wouldn’t care if it was cheaper but for nearly €1000 per night, expectations are higher. For me, the breakfast really showed how little care the hotel has for their guests. Bored looking staff, stale bread, soft/mouldy fruit, barely any choice (unless you pay extra) and they only give you half a slice of toast with eggs for some reason. It’s just not what you’d expect at this price point. We would much rather have got a refund and stayed elsewhere but they made sure to make it clear that wouldn’t be possible. All I can say is don’t make the same mistake we did and save your money!

What an incredible hotel! So happy we decided to splurge and stay in what is considered the best hotel in Ostuni, and we now see why! The attention to detail, style and charm of the hotel decor can't be beat with its eclectic decor and historical elegance. Our room was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The staff went well beyond in assisting us with anything we needed help with, including scheduling a boat rental last minute which required numerous calls and research. The location is also absolutely perfect where everything is in an easy walking distance. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return next time!

Paragon was a truly perfect stay in Ostuni. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful , while the room was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The spa was blissful and so relaxing. The food at the hotel was great as well, with a homemade breakfast, high end dinner, and fun cocktail bar. This place is a 10/10, with the people working throughout the hotel being what makes it so special.

Paragon 700 is a hotel that prioritizes aesthetics over customer service. While the property is undeniably beautiful, the staff's incompetence and lack of professionalism left a lasting negative impression. A simple request for a spa receipt turned into a weeks-long ordeal. Despite numerous emails and repeated promises, the staff failed to provide the necessary documentation. Their dismissive attitude and inability to fulfill such a basic request was truly appalling. It's evident that Paragon 700's management needs to prioritize training its staff in basic customer service skills. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to be 5-star. I strongly caution potential guests to reconsider booking a stay at Paragon 700. The stunning accommodations simply do not outweigh the frustration and disappointment caused by the abysmal customer service
