"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

"The small, charming hotel is worthwhile by its excellent location and its great potential. It is obvious that the quality standards of a Grand Hotel are aiming. However, we believe that there is lack of qualified staff and effective management that enforces these standards. In the breakfast area there was lack of cups and cocktails. When I pointed out to the staff, a service force reacted very hysterically, saying they were only third and that for financial reasons no additional staff could be recruited. In this case, I was pushed unsatisfactoryly on my shoulder and strongly asked to complain about the reception. Since I had already been disregarded by a dishonest kindness, I renounced it. The hotel was not in the entire hotel, even at the reception at request. So the chaos remained uncoordinated and the laughter was first bad. Some staff seem to be trying to show their dissatisfaction with the management, but the cleaning staff and the Eastern European staff were good at work and always friendly. “The common thing between a guest and a staff member is that both are not forced to be there.”"

"The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity."

Del balcón tuvimos una hermosa vista. El desayuno era amplio y delicioso. Los empleados del hotel eran todos muy amables y amables. Había suficientes aparcamientos. Seguro que volveremos."

"Nice hotel on comfortable location. Spacious rooms with well equipped bathroom. The restaurant is a welcome addition. We had dinner which was great. Breakfast is good too. Only two things were a reason not to give a five star rating: the host at the reception and during breakfast was not very representative (wearing clothes with texts that could scare clients, wearing slippers (barefoot) and not being very friendly). The owner is very friendly though (great contrast with the guy at the reception🤔) The second thing were the beds..pretty hard mattresses which gave me a bad night rest."

"Arrived early evening and room cards waiting at the door. No staff on at night. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Staff more than helpful and efficient. Had a small booking problem (my fault) and it was cleared up in seconds. Must be a great place to stay in the Summer. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced."
