"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

"¿Qué pasó por una noche en este hotel. Llegamos muy tarde y deberíamos pagar 100 euros por nuestras dos, pequeños perros por la noche limpiando más 60 euros por los perros. Luego, ya nos ibamos, entonces la buena recepcionista sacó el 100 euros de limpieza de la factura. Así que nos quedamos y estabamos incluso en el bar limpio que estaba bebiendo la noche. La mañana fuimos al desayuno. Fue realmente excelente y muy cualitativo! Muchas gracias por la mañana super y los colaboradores muy amables! Volvemos! Sólo la tasa para los perros pequeños debemos pensar otra vez."

"The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity."

"The hotel is highly equipped, but it works something in the years, but the beds are super. Beautiful is the transition to the thermal and location. The staff is very friendly, we felt very well cared. The breakfast buffet has a large selection, regional, a little more depleted and the lack of bio specialities, not corresponding to 5 stars. The location and the view are super!"

"The hotel offers free access to the water park, which is great for kids. The rooms are a bit small and not very spacious. There's a diving facility nearby, but it's only open Wednesday through Sunday. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for a family vacation."

"Arrived early evening and room cards waiting at the door. No staff on at night. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Staff more than helpful and efficient. Had a small booking problem (my fault) and it was cleared up in seconds. Must be a great place to stay in the Summer. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced."

"El hotel de la corte está situado en una ubicación tranquila en la periferia de Grömitz. La instalación es muy bonita y mantenida. El apartamento reservado XL fue muy grande y limpio. Del balcón tuvimos una hermosa vista. El desayuno era amplio y delicioso. Los empleados del hotel eran todos muy amables y amables. Había suficientes aparcamientos. Seguro que volveremos."
