I couldn’t be more grateful for the service and help. We booked a triple room and we arrived early in the morning for luggage storage. my family member (a 70 senior) was feeling very unwell after flight, I understood that check-in was only at 3:00 p.m., but I felt my family member really needed to lie down and rest. So I asked the front desk if there was any room available for us to book for one night. My original intention was to treat it as booking of the night before, so the elderly could rest after arrival. The front desk staff were very helpful, but the hotel was fully booked and suggested we rest in the lobby sofa.
Later I checked again to see if any guests had checked out. Two staff members (I deeply regret not asking for their names to thank them properly) kept communicating and eventually managed to arrange us an additional room. Moreover, it was treated as the same day’s check-in and could be used until next day. In effect, it was an extra room with early check-in. I sincerely apologize for troubling the hotel with special arrangement due to my condition 🙏🏻. During the time, the staffs also showed concern for my family member and mentioned that because of the situation, they offered us a discounted price for the extra room. We are extremely grateful 🥹.
Once again, I would like to thank all the staff who helped and cared for us, including the two lady staff who kept making calls to arrange the extra room, and another with black glasses. All front desk staff were very gentle and kind, leaving a deep impression on us.
We booked this hotel because of the GD concert at Kyocera Dome. The walking distance to the venue is convenient, with a supermarket right downstairs, convenience stores and a subway station just minutes away. there are plenty of restaurants open along the way back from the show. Location is excellent, the triple room was spacious and comfortable. If we attend events at Kyocera Dome in the future, it will definitely be our first choice.
