The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

This hotel is about 5 minutes leisure walk to the Nakatsu metro station and is just 2 stations away to Shin Osaka station. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood with many convenience stores and some restaurants near by. The room is clean and size is comfortable for a single person. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again for sure!

La ubicación es muy conveniente. Shinsekai está a tiro de piedra. Se tarda 1 minuto en caminar hasta el zoológico Tsutenkaku/Tennoji y 3 minutos en llegar a la estación Zoo-mae. También tomé el metro para desplazarme por Osaka durante unos días. La habitación es un poco pequeña y debería ser similar a la de los hoteles de Osaka.

처음에 예매 할 때는 리뷰가 호불호가 심하길래 걱정했는데 호텔 직원분들도 너무 착하시고 내부도 괜찮고 방도 괜찮았어요! 근데 방 통로가 작아서 캐리어를 펼치면 걸어다닐 수 없음 ㅋㅋㅋ 근데 생각보다 나뿌지 않았어요 ~~~! 침대도, 배개 도 좋았어요! 좋은 곳에서 숙박 할 수 있어서 감사햤습니다

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just steps away from major attractions, shopping, and great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a lovely on-site restaurant and fitness center. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Good location within walking distances to Metro or even Osaka Station. Clean and friendly staff. Despite in the (?) night club area, not noisy and not felt unsafe walking through the area at night. Negatives: rooms very small, no wardrobe, barely enough space to open suitcase (not even a big one) and once opened, little space to walk. Bath tub is small and only suitable for a little kid. Even toilet seat is smaller than usual. No International TV channels - all in Japanese. Staff not proficient in English and needs handheld translation gadget to interpret. Overall small room sizes mean simply not suitable for travelling with family or for leisure. More like business travel. Booking websites really need to emphasize this point.
