This home has undergone major renovations in the spring of 2024, including new decks and railings! Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen and dining area is located on the lower level and feature stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, a large island with a breakfast bar with seating for 5, and a large farmhouse style dining room table with seating for 12. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals for the entire family. Living Room The living room features beautiful, vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV, tons of windows overlooking the lake, and French doors opening up to one of three waterfront balconies. Seating in this room includes one couch, one sleeper sofa, and an oversized chair. The kitchen and living areas of the home are located on the lower level, and all the bedrooms are located on the upper level which requires walking up a flight of stairs, but bedrooms can also be accessed from the street level. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a half bath on the lower level. Three of the bedrooms feature King sized beds! Bedroom 1 This bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, dresser, nightstands, large closet, and sliding glass doors opening up to the top floor waterfront balcony. Bedroom 2 This bedroom also features a king-sized bed, TV, dresser, nightstands, large closet and sliding glass doors opening to the top floor waterfront balcony. Bedroom 3 This bedroom also features a king-sized bed, nightstands and sliding glass doors opening to the second waterfront balcony. Bedroom 4 The fourth bedroom features two queen sized beds, private bathroom, TV, dresser, and nightstands. Bedroom 5 The fifth bedroom features two sets of queen-sized bunk beds, and one full sized bed. This bedroom has its own bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. This room also has sliding glass doors that open up to the second waterfront balcony. Outside Outside you will find 3 waterfront balconies to take in the views and enjoy your mornings watching the boats and sipping coffee. You will also find a gas BBQ grill, an outdoor sectional, a beautiful patio dining table, lounge chairs, and tons of other seating options for the whole family. On the side of the home, you will find a large custom concrete firepit with lots of seating to spend your evenings around the fire. This home is located in the same cove as LOTO Marina which features a gas dock, slip rentals, and convenience store. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
