(more homes available) A minimum 50% deposit is due upon booking. This is 100% refundable with more than 60 days advance notice from check in date. If cancellation is from 15-60 days prior to stay, deposit is 50% refundable. IF a cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, any refund is at the discretion of property owners. Balance due 14 days prior to check in, unless arrangements have been made to pay balance upon arrival.
