Muy buen boutique hotel en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas a la fortaleza de Ortahisar… estuvimos 4 noches un grupo de 6 con niños y nos encanto todo desde la comida, servicio y originalidad de las habitaciones… Cenamos 3 veces en el hotel y nos encanto los menus como todo el asesoramiento alrededor de las excursiones y demás actividades de la región…

Un hotel espectacular, sus espacios cálidos y de muy buen gusto en su decoración. Todo el personal muy amable y a disposición permanente. Desayuno increíble. Restaurante con vista única , terrazas y espacios variados dan la posibilidad de disfrutar siempre apreciando distintas visuales. Un excelente ambiente en todo sentido.Recomendable un 100%.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, highly recommend to anyone staying in Cappadocia. The staff are incredible, so helpful and warm. Probably the best we have ever been looked after by hotel staff. Excellent food in the restaurant and great place to relax and unwind. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved everything about this hotel. It was just the right size, with an extremely welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast, and lovely outdoor patios, where you can sit and enjoy the views. The rooms are very small, but hey, you're in a cave! We liked the location, too; there are some windy roads to get to the hotel, but Ortahisar is charmer, much quieter and more pleasant than Goreme.

Kindly avoid this horrible hotel..v stayed 3 days n worst experience..location n view frm the hotel is amazing ut this hotel lack basic service part.no room service facility is zero..for simple water bottle u have to go to go by your self at night..hygiene cleanliness is zero..one old housekeeping lady comes n what she clean god only knws...no supervision is done..our roo Was nt clean after long day of sightseen inspite of reminding them before leaving for the day..one more thing I observed they don't change the bedsheet after guest check out...pathetic.. .

For this trip with my adult kids, I wanted an authentic vibe, family owned hotels. No big brand and not luxury. I love this boutique hotel, a genuine feel to Cappadocia. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the vibe is chill. The rooms are truly in cave in an old building, not a replica. Cappadocia is changing get here before it becomes too expensive and touristy. Lots of construction going on...

We absolutely loved this place! Beautiful hotel, rooms were decorated beautifully with lots of space but you truly felt like you were in a cave! Views, food and staff were fabulous. Very welcoming and homey atmosphere. Highly recommend it!!

Awesome, beautiful hotel! Wish we could have stayed here longer. The hotel itself is lovely. Lots of little terraces with great views (especially at night). Reception and staff were all very friendly and accommodating and courteous (for example, they had someone drive us to a carpet store, gave us blankets and turned on the heater when we were sitting outside at night, and packed us lunchboxes when we left super early for our hot air balloon ride). Our room was clean and spacious - more space than we even needed. The restaurant food was delicious, from the bread to the main courses, to the dessert (the candied pumpkin dessert with fairy floss was my favorite one). Breakfast was lovely as well - a variety of cheeses, fruits, pastries, plus omelette dishes. It did get cold at night so bring some sweaters/jackets. There is a little laundry room guests can use which was a plus (although it did take total over 4 hours to wash/dry one load). Because of all the little steps/terraces, I would advise not to bring a 25kg suitcase (like I did) - it was hard lugging it back up to the lobby at 4a. I can't recommend enough if you are staying in the area (even if you want a good restaurant to eat at). I would definitely stay here again!

What a unique experience. Our room which was a suite was very comfortable. It had a great bathroom with a small hamman! The inn looks out over the town and the castle. There's a great tented sitting area that is perfect in the evening. And the staff was exceptional especially the reception crew. I spent a lot of time talking with them while my husband went to a hamman and enjoyed them so much. Turkish breakfast outside on the patio was delicious! It's very quiet at the Hezen. We loved it!
