I would like to take a moment and tell you about the best experience I've ever had a t a hotel all thanks to a young man named (Key) at the front desk. It was Friday before Memorial Day weekend and I was at home in Alabama and planned to arrive middle of the next week for work. My co worker was staying at another hotel and got a phone call saying they would not hold a few packages for him that we called and verified was ok to fed ex to their location. After looking at flights and logistically figuring out a direction to go get our packages and not ruin my holiday I decided I was gonna call the courtyard and see if they would hold my packages until I arrived. I was met with a positive attitude and a young man with the respect of a saint. I explained my dilemma and Key immediately asked me if I would hold for a second all while apologizing for the other hotels negative experience. Key came back to the phone and said he would personally go pick the boxes up and hold them at the Courtyard until I arrived. I was blown away at the work ethic and the level of customer service he provided. This is going above and beyond and treating people like you would like to be treated. This is exactly why I will always stay here in the future while in the area. I would also like to thank GM Adrianna for hiring such an amazing young man and front desk attendees Alvin, Alexa, Aubrey, Justin, and Angelo.
