The garret is a little attic about 45 square meters, 2+2 beds, 2 bathrooms and balcony (bordering other loft studio 3 beds - listing number 340202), that gives on to the historical Middle Ages centre of Oristano, with a wonderful view on his churches and his towers. It is situated on the business and cultural centre of the town near to the main square.
Oristano, near to the most beautiful beaches of the Penisola of the Sinis and Green Coast, is in a location ideal for exploring the whole Sardinia island, being connected with the north and south of the island's through major traffic arteries and railway.
Because of the tilded roof, the attic has been designed to supply the most confort with original solutions all around.
It has got light ivory and custom-made fornitures and it is equipped with air conditioner, 2 tv colors, telephone and ADSL flat service.

The location was wonderful, so close to the old town area and a nearby market with a gorgeous terrace! And we loved listening to the church bells!! Alberto was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and giving recommendations about places to visit and things to do.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage
Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Oristano. Alberto ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Das Beste war die Lage, ca. 400 m zu Fuss in die Altstadt, wo es viele unterschiedliche Restaurants gibt. Auch ein Supermarkt war nur 100 m entfernt. Und einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer gefunden. Allerdings ist die Wohnung für Personen über 1,80 m nicht geeignet, da es keinen Raum ohne Schrägen gibt. Ich bin 1,77 m und habe mir einige Beulen eingefangen.

Confortable
Mansarde au 4ème étage très bien aménagée et bien agréable. Mais il ne faut pas être très grand au risque de se cogner la tête . L'ascenseur s'arrête au 3e etage.
Bien situé dans le centre historique d'Oristano et zone piétonne à proximité .
Alberto est charmant et très attentionné.
