The storage room with washer and dryer is located next to the patio. The pool area is located inside the complex and can be used all year round, a relaxation area also invites you to linger. Some shops, restaurants and bars can be easily reached on foot from the lovingly furnished row house. The surrounding golf courses (Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor) can be reached by car in a few minutes. The next largest city is Alicante, approx. 60 km away.
