The space Summer of 2021, my sweet Mother/Partner in crime, and I took the old Sail repair shop which was a completely open interior without any walls, and together designed a 2 bedroom cottage. We added 3 bathrooms, open concept living room kitchen, laundry and entrance! So, absolutley EVERYTHING besides the original hardwood floors is new! We have bikes for your sunrise ride 2 blocks to the Bean to get your morning coffee, and kayaks for your sunset float before you settle in for the night at Sailors' Haven on The Neuse River.
