When my son and i arrived, we were not greeted by the front desk person. She was on her phone and eating. We checked in and she said nothing about where are room was, when breakfast was, or how to get to our room, which typically when you check in that is what you get. The first night we stayed we had no heater and no one was available the whole time we were there to get it fixed. I asked for a refund or some kind of credit for the inconvenience, and i got $30 and 5,000 points towards a room. Our keys were not working constantly we had to go to the front desk and have them fix it. We had no housekeeping all weekend. The bathroom was not clean, but thankfully the beds were atleast clean. The breakfast was horrible the little bit of food we did have was cold or not cooked all the way. The tables were not wiped off, i asked to get them cleaned and nothing was done. It was loud at night with yelling and loud music. When my son and i checked out, the night auditor was there and no eye contact at all so i had to initiate, he asked nothing about how our stay was. Very disappointed about our stay and will never go back there to stay. I will be contacting the head office and request some kind of compensation for the inconvenience that my son and i experienced.
