We paid 185 euros for a room with breakfast and were very disappointed that there was no breakfast buffet. There was only one person responsible for breakfast. On the first day when we arrived, we were not told how breakfast works and what is included. We were not allowed to sit outside either, only in the small room in the hotel. Well, when we arrived, almost all the tables were occupied. Breakfast came, but it was so small for 3 people (see photo) that it was far from enough. On top of that, the crowd was so big, as all the guests arrived at once, that the waiter couldn't keep up. After I asked him several times if I could order something and he ignored our order, I went up to reception after more than 20 minutes and asked if it would be possible to help the waiter, as we couldn't order anything. The lady then came into the breakfast room another 5 minutes later and told the waiter that we had complained about him. We only politely asked if anyone from the hotel could help him so we could order something else. That's when all hell broke loose. The waiter was very offended and angry that we had complained. He explained: "You can see that it's so full." But it's not my fault. And that's why I went to reception so that someone could come and help you. Well, he didn't understand and didn't stop arguing. I asked him if I could finally order something after more than half an hour because we were hungry. And so the days went by and there was an argument every day because he was very vindictive and unprofessional. If I pay 185 euros a day for a room and get breakfast like in a youth hostel, then I can at least expect to get a second cup of tea, cheese or olives. Really ridiculous. In any case, he then looked for trouble with us every day and got it. Because every time we ordered something extra he had to tell us that it cost extra and we would get a bill for it. The reception sometimes had the opposite opinion, sometimes another. It was also very difficult to communicate because the receptionist couldn't speak English and used Google Translate. So we had a bad start to every day with lots of arguments with the waiter. What else is there to say? The area around the hotel is very bad. The roads are very bad. Because it rains a lot, you have to walk through the mud. There are no restaurants around. You have to go to the citycentre. So, we were at the restaurant at the rooftop. You pay more than 10 Euros for a frozen pizza from the freezer. My son couldnt it eat, because it was so bad. And he loves fast-food. The rooms are OK. And the gym is very cramped. If the room cost 70 euros, I wouldn't have written a bad review. But with so much trouble, I had to write one.

Balayı için gitmiştik, çok memnun kaldık. Otel konsepti, temizliği, konumu çok hoştu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle Sezgin Bey'in ilgi ve alakası, işini severek yaptığının göstergesi.

302 numaralı odada konakladık oda ferah,güzel ve temiz sadece balkon deniz tarafında oturup sohbetlerken ışıklandırma eksikti,havuz hazır değildi ondan olsa diye düşünmekteyiz. Kahvaltıda bize eşlik eden personel sezgin beyin ilgisi güler yüzü çok güzeldi teşekkür ederiz…

karadeniz turumuz boyunca kaldığımız en şık temiz ve yeni oteldi. havuzu da çok güzeldi. oğlumla benden başkası yoktu kahvaltıdan sonra güzel bir gün geçirdik, hemen arkada denize geçiş de mevcut e daha ne olsun. odalar temiz ve yeniydi. banyo güzeldi. Sadece alt katta kahvaltı hizmeti veren görevlinin yorum yapın beni önerin minvalinde zorlamaları bizi rahatsız etti. Kahvaltısı da hiç başarılı değildi. bir de havuz için havluların lobiden alınması pek hoş olmuyor kıyafetlerinle lobide olmak. kahvaltı dışında puan kırılacak bir şey yok. orduya gitsem yine buraya gelirdim herhalde.

Otel güzel yeni yapılmış bir mekan odalar şahane deniz güzel plaj güzel havuz temiz çalışanlar ilgili otelde ücret biraz yüksek sadece sabah kahvaltısı var açık büfe değil kendileri getiriyor çeşit çok az otel in kendi Cafe si var ücretleri pahalı havuza gelen misafirler ve otel misafirleri ücret kısmında aynı kefeye koyuluyor 3 yıldız vermem bu sebeptendir sonuç olarak gidilebilir tavsiye edilir

Ordu’da ilk kez kaldık ve bu oteli seçtiğimiz için çok memnunuz hem uygun fiyatlı hem temiz ilgili bir oteldi. Havuzu denizi şezlongu ayrı ayrı güzeldi, lobi çalışanından temizlik görevlisine kadar herkes aşırı ilgiliydi kahvaltısı da son derece yeterliydi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum
