This is a perfect facility to host a fitness retreat. The exercise equipment is state of the art, and the fitness center is open 24/7 with an adjacent year round indoor pool that is accessible early mornings. Personal trainers and fitness gurus can host events here due to the space and ratio of how many persons can be in the indoor pool and fitness center at the same time. If you are trying to lose weight or count calories, there are numerous adjacent restaurants including Ruby Tuesday that offer full balanced low calorie meals and a full salad bar at reasonable prices. Some of these restaurants are just a parking lot away. I spoke to Kela at the front reception area about having a bike rack at this location. This added amenity would also enhance fitness options for the business traveler or a family that wants to get daily recreation. Breakfast options also included anything from peanut butter, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, pancakes, an assortment of pastries, juices, etc. I would highly recommend the sedentary person, fitness enthusiast and the lay person wanting to lose about 10-20 pounds to stay here about 1-2 weeks to accomplish their fitness goals in a structured environment. It is very easy to establish a workout schedule at this location that allows you to workout 2-3 times a day, and eat restaurant prepared balanced low calorie meals to accomplish your weight loss goals.
