The hotel management was extremely nice & experienced! The room was very clean & well stocked with amenities! The location was very quiet & peaceful! Would recommend staying @ this location to all friends & family for their next layover or vacation getaway!

Front desk staff was fabulous! Especially DiAndrea (spelling?) Room was clean and quiet even though they are conveniently located right off I-26! My husband and I went for a business class and had very different times to be there so I asked for a late check out. That was my only complaint… it would have cost half the price of our whole night’s stay on top to get a late check out so needless to say, I drove around town in the heat instead of resting in the room , which I had really been looking for way too!!! Otherwise it was Great!!!!

Pleasant, wish there was a lighter fragrance when I open the door but once I enter smell was gone, older hotel I say. Mattress gives a good night rest, bed covers need to be updated to freshness and definitely need NEW pillows this is a must. Extremely Great location to get back on Interstate.

Smelled of cigarettes. Ladies of the evening working the parking lot We got overcharged for the price we booked at. Roaches everywhere! We could hear tvs blaring and numerous loud conversations from other rooms. We stayed about 4 hours to recover from our long travel, and couldn't take anymore! Stay away, far away! I would give a negative 100 score of available. Worst experience ever in my 60 years

Stopped here on our way home. Pool was not open (wasn’t mentioned on the site). Rooms were dated, but the staff were friendly and they offer free breakfast. Plus, it’s right off the highway. Checkout is supposed to be at 11 am, but we had hotel staff continuously knocking on our door starting at 9am asking if we were checking out, which was extremely frustrating. Likely will not stay here again.

As soon as we walked into room 119, the smell hit us. Couldn’t quite make it out. My wife had a travel sized Febreeze spray and we emptied it and some of her body spray to cover the odor. Then it began… overall, we found 10 dead roaches ranging in different sizes. On the floor, in the dresser drawers, fridge.. They were all dead thankfully but still gross. Didn’t see any live ones. We decided it was time to go and told the night clerk why we were leaving. He offered another room but we declined. Refund was given.. just waiting for it to reflect on my credit card statement.

The worst hotel experience. We walked into the room and it smelled like urine and feces. We went straight back to the front desk to get our money back. They refused to give all our money back. We spent $100 deposit plus an additional $100 for the room. They only refunded $100 and kept the other $100. The lady at the front desk refused to give me all my money back. The place was uninhabitable. I could not sleep in a room that smelt that bad. I called the next day and the same lady hung up on me. I am calling by Wyndham headquarters to file a complaint. Also, I am going to complain with the Board of health and other governing agencies. This place is awful. The worst hotel experience I have ever had to deal with.

This place is HORRIBLE! The room is very outdated, and the roaches was running amok. They were all on the walls and a few were in my bag of food I had to throw out. I would sleep in my car before I come here again!. Took videos to show to front desk!!!
