Upon entering our single-family residence, you'll encounter a kitchen layout featuring a spacious island, perfect for a large family. The living room showcases a 75-inch smart TV, enhancing entertainment throughout the kitchen and living room area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, k-cup coffee maker, and dishwasher. Accommodating 10 guests, our home offers: - Bedroom 1: Queen bed - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bunk beds with a weight limit of 300lb on the top bunk. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed - Living room: Air mattress for 2 guests Bathrooms include: - Bathroom 1: Combo tub shower bath - Bathroom 2: Stand-up shower For families with children, we offer a playard with a memory foam topper, high chair, and stroller. Living room: 75" inch smart TV with Hulu and basic cable Dining area: Fully equipped kitchen with 8 bar stools Outdoor: Backyard patio with string lights features a picnic table with seating for 8 and backyard space for soccer play. Kindly note that the property *shares a wall* with the guest suite, please be mindful of the noise level. Parking is complimentary for 3 vehicles on the driveway. Guests have full access to the entire driveway, front porch, living space, and backyard of the house, while the property is enclosed for privacy with a gate. There is a guest suite where occupants have their own separate entrance, please be mindful of the noise level. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to minimize noise out of respect for both our in-law suite occupants and neighbors. We ask no large gatherings outdoors during these hours. HOUSE RULES: Animals are NOT allowed. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are only outdoors. Shipping packages to the house is prohibited, except for food deliveries. Commercial photography or videography is not permitted. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the property. Guests will be held responsible for any damages incurred during their stay, which will be reported to Airbnb. While we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests, we cannot accept liability for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages to guests or their belongings during their stay.
