Welcome to 1006B Romar House, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo perched on the 10th floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Designed for comfort and style, this beautifully appointed unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for groups seeking a serene coastal retreat.
As you step into this spacious condo, you'll immediately be drawn to the open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living area features a large sectional sofa and a classic, crisp style that invites relaxation after a day spent on the beach. Large windows provide panoramic views of the Gulf, and the expansive balcony with outdoor seating allows you to enjoy these views to the fullest.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with sleek granite countertops, an under-counter ice machine, a beverage cooler, and stainless-steel appliances. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating, perfect for enjoying meals together or entertaining guests. The bar area adds an extra touch of convenience and sophistication to your dining experience.
The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with granite counters, double sinks, and a tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are well-appointed, with the first featuring a queen bed and the second offering two twin beds. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not allowed to park at Romar House. Additional parking for other vehicles or trailers must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
