A colleague and I stayed at this hotel Sunday, August 27-Wednesday, August 28. The attendant that checked us in canceled our original payment method and charged our personal cards that were only supposed to be used for incidentals. The mistake was caught on Monday, August 28; however could not be corrected in a satisfactory manner because the cards were already charged! The nonchalant attitudes of the front desk staff were top notch. Whoever trained them to not care at all for causing an inconvenience of this magnitude should be proud. It’s now 48 hours later from when the error was noticed and not a single manager (shift, hiring, sales, regional, etc. NO ONE) has reached out to me to even offer something as simple as an apology. Also, my bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The door was off of the hinge and could only close to a certain point. I was told that they were aware of the repairs that were needed. But, they still decided to release the room to guests. Amazing!
