Property is nice, but inside rooms need maintenance, because rooms are having damp, and less ventilation. And a smell also bed-sheets, quilts and pillow covers are not that clean, other than that property and position is very good.

**Review for Hotel Carnation, Ooty** I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Carnation in Ooty from Tuesday to today, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! I had booked two **Standard Rooms** for my family — one for my wife and kids and the other for my parents. Both rooms were impeccably maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including clean bedding, comfortable mattresses, blankets, pillows, wardrobes, soap, shampoo, a TV with cable channels, hot water for bathing, drinking water, and sufficient charging points. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Mr. Maridass, the hotel owner. He was not only extremely friendly and approachable but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He and his team were prompt in arranging cabs for sightseeing at very reasonable rates and also helped us with food orders from nearby restaurants whenever we needed. One incident that truly touched our hearts was when my father suffered a minor injury. Mr. Maridass immediately came to our aid, providing aftershave lotion to stop the bleeding and a band-aid to treat the wound. His promptness and care made all the difference and showed his genuine concern for his guests. Overall, Hotel Carnation offers not just a comfortable stay but also a memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Maridass and his team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ooty and looking for a warm, family-friendly place to stay. This is hospitality at its finest!

Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!! Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense. The individual rooms are much better

As i choose d this tulips valley in ooty first of all i thought this room will be bad for me and my friends because of the ratings but when i go to check in that place thats was just awesome and very peaceful l place the view point of the place was soo good at all and the night view from the outside of the villa was such a good experience for us we have been really enjoyed the trip
