The property is in the best possible location in the Ooty with a really good view. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant can improve the menu, taste and increase breakfast options.

The scenic view from the property, there was fog surrounded in the evening time and morning view is excellent.
Very friendly staff and hospitality was good.
Pros: Best view , Food was great, Nice staff, very clean and hygiene.
Cons: No balcony, bathroom and switch buttons are old, Breakfast was not that much good and door lock is very old and need to lock the door form inside of you are going outside, no outdoor activity.

Overall experience was good, food was good but limited options are there(no tandoori items are available neither any continental. I faced wi fi issue. Staff was good and cooperative

If anyone want to experience ********** stay at a high cost .. one must visit
one of the worst experience
Train seats were more comfortable compared to hotel bed..
I also raised a complaint in hotel but no reply they said aaisa hi hai If u want u adjust u can or else u can leave
water supplied in room was a regular tap water not a packed water bottle. (the staff said my himself.. bhaiya pani mat pina aap ko aapke sath lekar aai ho vahi pina )
plz won't visit of the worst experience 🙏😡
if u won't trust my words one can visit and then will regret
