The room was not good.
They didn't exchange the room.
Food is too costly.
House keeping is very bad.
Their behaviour is soo rude for everything.
My personal advice not to book rooms by seeing images be careful when you visit that resort.

Though the behaviour of all the staffs of this hotel is very nice , but the condition of the hotel is very poor. For my room the bed frame and wardrobe was broken, foul smell was coming from bath room, the ceiling was painted very badly, bedsheets and towels are dirty, the knob of tap in the washroom is also broken. And for this room then charged for 1 night.

It has been a fantabulous stay, the location is perfect for couples moreover the staff behaviours is a must say

They charged extra & didn’t even pay it back, kitchen is supposed to close at 10 pm but they stopped taking orders by 09:30

Tulip have got 2 properties, Almost just adjacent to each other. One tulips valley view point- this is a worst and oldest property someone could ever imagine. Room paint was done 20 year back, all cupboards were broken, cleanliness was pathetic and another one is Tulips resort village, this a premium property. Everything is nice here. I had to take the upgrade here.
