Останавливался в номере на неделю в июне 2022г. Начну с плюсов: - Отель делает скидку гражданам с омской регистрацией - Действительно недалеко от центра города, отель стоит на одной из основных транспортных магистралей Теперь к минусам: - Плесень в номере - Сломанная душевая лейка и незакрывающаяся дверка в душевой кабине - Горячей воды нужно ждать несколько минут и не такая уж она горячая - Много неисправных вещей в номере (телефон, часть освещения - В один из дней пропадала горячая вода на весь день - В один из дней сработала пожарная тревога и кричала полчаса, под заверения администрации, что все хорошо Отношение сотрудников гостиницы далеко от идеала. Вот примеры цитат с ресепшна: "Трубку мы не берем потому что нужно звонить на мобильный. Нет, с вашего телефона в номере вы этого сделать не можете. У вас что, мобильника нет?" "Нигде нет горячей воды, город отключил. Откуда я знаю что делать? Завтра помоетесь" "Что вы от меня хотите, мы сейчас за полчаса вам плесень из номера все равно не уберем" В общем, отель пригоден переночевать и поехать дальше, но жить там больше дня не стоит. До трех звезд (и требований санНадзора) тоже не дотягивает

Хороший отель, расположен в зеленой зоне на берегу реки с прекрасным видом на реку и город. Приятно стоять на балконе и любоваться на красоту города. Приятный, вежливый персонал. Питание хорошее, вкусно.

Останавливалась в феврале на 3 ночи. Очень понравилось. Хоть постройка и советская, внутри отличный ремонт, все новое, очень удобная кровать. Чистота идеальная, персонал следит - при выезде номер проверяют, даже следы на полотенцах от косметики и тд. Место расположения - отличное. На берегу Иртыша, в лесу, хоть почти и в центре города. Идти до центра минут 40, на такси 7. Тишина, сороки, отличный вид. Шумоизоляция в номерах хорошая, мы были на семинаре, коллеги - молодежь, шумела в своих номерах, но слышно не было. Отдельно спасибо персоналу - очень отзывчивые, доброжелательные. Очень рекомендую гостиницу!
