The breakfast was perfect and specially tailored to dietary needs. The rooms and the building as a whole have a personal touch; incredible attention to detail. The garden is lovely. The key was a little tricky to get used to -- you have to hold it in front of the door just right to get it to work -- a very minor inconvenience.

I spent 2 wonderful nights at the Marie B & B. Thanks so much to GM Emily for paying attention to all of the details including a beautiful bedroom filled with period furnishings, a very comfortable bed with a private bathroom, including a lovely stall shower and a separate claw foot tub (including locally made soaps). I recommend the Walnut suite for singles or couples. My cross country flight arrived several hours before the check in time; I really appreciated Emily's willingness to let me drop my bags off and check in early. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. I am looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Olympia.
