Ideal location close to the heart of the resort without any hills, but still in a fairly quiet surrounding. Stunning pool and bar area. Friendly staff, not over the top. Rooms dated but immaculately clean. Air con worked well, shower decent. For the value for money it’s a great place! Totally recommend

Stayed for a week in Majestic with my daughter. It was a cheap deal through TUI, bed and breakfast for 7 nights. I thought it was a bargain as it was only £450 pp. I soon came to realised why it was £450 pp! On arrival, it was really early in the morning, we was advised to photograph some rules of the establishment and extras that needed purchasing. If we wanted a safety deposit box it was an extra £4 per day, kettle £2 per day, mini bar / fridge £5 per day. The safety deposit box should really be a given! Late check out was £45. The hotel itself is basic. The rooms are very out dated and in need of some TLC. View from window was a wall!! Balcony was tiny with one chair. There was one sheet on the bed, this was to cover two people. With air conditioning it was freezing. Without it was boiling. Asked several times for extra covers and was ignored. Eventually cleaning lady left two sheets. Woken every morning by clumping holiday makers climbing up and down mental spiral staircase outside the room... So Noisy! Limited sound proofing throughout the building. One morning no water whatsoever, shower, tap, toilet. Breakfast: chips! Not sure what people think the British eat, but not everyone eats chips for breakfast. No full English without extra payment of approx. £10. Continental was poor, no real meats - congealed pulp in slices, with cheese. Could have freshly made omelette, however no fillings except cheese, unless you wanted to pay. Half of the week we paid for breakfast in alternative establishments around Olu-deniz. Pool: Not enough sunbeds by the pool. At 6am most had towels on already. Flat out refused to get up at 5am simply to put towels out! We did one day around the pool. It was boring. Flights were night hours so purchased a late check out. We was transferred to what could only be referred to as a dilapidated bungalow, obviously staff residence. Appalled at what I was paying for - partially painted, dirty, shower did not work etc. By this point just wanted to go home. Moral of the story?! Don't always think you are getting a bargain! Pay an extra £100 pp and get somewhere nice. If you like cheap, come to Majestic!! On the upside, location was great!!! Could not fault it!!
