Удобный отель, все чисто. Номер был чистый и большой, был балкон. В отеле есть бассейн. Вай-фай работал хорошо. Завтрак вкусный, был дополнительно повар который готовил блины или яишницу по желанию.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy limpias y cómodas. El personal es muy servicial y amable. El desayuno es la única decepción de toda la instalación, la comida del bar es muy buena y vale cada centavo.

We are a family of 4 and our first time to Oludeniz and our holiday was perfect with location , close to everything shops , beach and blue lagoon , receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and good English , bar staff were soo friendly they adapted our half board menu to what my children would like , and my son wanted to feel involved with the frozen cocktails and made his alcohol free … chef can not fault the meals every day amazing food was delicious and he was soo friendly even the maintenance man is friendly.. we had the perfect holiday and have already booked to come back .. Our rooms were decent size clean , we took a extension lead to help with minimal sockets which we normally take on any holiday , perfect sized fridge in the rooms , we paid an extra £40 to keep our room till 4.30pm which we happily paid makes it easier with late flight , The staff gave us lovely cold bottles of water to take with us when we left which was a lovely gesture, We arrives as strangers to a new area and left with friends .. A lovely small hotel with excellent staff .. Thank you to the Belcehan Beach Hotel for a perfect holiday

hotel was great room are clean and not noisy like a lot of hotels pool clean the food was amazing bar was great at cocktails and even went out their way to make my son a cocktail without alcohol what was great . The staff are the best there look after us so we made great friends just round the corner from the town and the beach what’s great .Receptionists are really helpful it’s that good we book it again can’t wait to go back .

Was are first time visit to Oludeniz Turkey suffice to say it will be our last,after so many good reports we decided to give it a go and in all honesty we can say omg what a dump the strip looks like Blackpool on steroids its smelly and rubbish just thrown anywhere,looks nothing like any picture or brochures i must be looking at somewhere else your pestered all time your walking around even after you have eaten and you just want to take in the gorgeous views it's very expensive you have to pay just to go and walk on the beach 2 sunbeds 750 turkish lira at Blue lagoon what a joke.Went on a 5 island boat trip price was brilliant first port of call was butterfly valley no butterflies anywhere and had to pay to wee in a hole in the ground and flush with a jug of water how disgusting,the rest of the trip made up for it Well what can we say about the hotel surrounding area stunning close to all amenities within walking distance. thats if you dont get run over first or fall over because the paths are either broken or uneven.The pool area and pool spotless everyday but cannot say that about the rooms We were on bottom floor,balcony wasn't big enough to swing a cat on and neither was the room,no kettle,no ironing board even though we asked for one 2 days into our holiday so had to revert to ironing on a towel on the floor,luckily we took are own iron and kettle otherwise we would of had 2 pound per day to hire and 4 pound per day for a safe we had only 2 plug sockets and again luckily I took an extension lead.Bedding and towels were only changed when they felt like it and that wasn't very often.Mirror lights didn't work and shower leaked all over the very small bathroom floor.Breakfast was same everyday continental if you wanted anything english you had to pay for it The staff are amazing warm nd friendly but the rooms let the hotel down no facilities in the room and we are not the only ones that were disappointed most of the guest we spoke to were of the same opinion.

A very detailed (and long sorry) review which I feel inclined to write as the number of 5 star ratings is just misleading people (including me when I booked). I’ll be honest it only just made the 3 rating I’ve put. Here’s why: Upon arrival (12:30am), a lovely receptionist showed us to our room. It didn’t quite live up to the pictures on the website (but what hotel actually does!) The air-con was already on (which was a great relief from the hot Turkish evening air) and it’s free for the duration of your stay which is really great. The balcony light didn’t work, but it was a small balcony so we knew we wouldn’t be using it. We were asked if we needed a safe but we declined. We hid all of our expensive items in our locked suitcase just in case. We’d had a long day so nipped over to the supermarket on the corner and picked up a packet of crisps and a bottle of water. When we walked back into the hotel, the receptionist calls us over and says “we don’t allow outside food or drink into the rooms, but I’ll allow it today as it’s late”. Now I understand not having outside food/drink around pool areas during the day, but in the room? That’s not acceptable, especially when the hotel food/drinks are about 50% more expensive than shops. From that point on, we had to sneak food/drinks into the room via a backpack and then hide it in our suitcases because we had been told by other guests that if cleaners find food/drink, they report it to the receptionists who then “fine” you and you’ll find that out when you come to leave and they present you with a bill. This also stands for food/drink you do purchase at the hotel. It goes onto a tab and so make sure you write down what you order as quite often they’ll add a drink or two on. Breakfast at this hotel is actually quite decent. It’s a Turkish breakfast and has lots of processed meats, breads and cheese to choose from. There’s a toaster and periodically they’ll include eggs, sausages, beans, potatoes and pancakes (only one of these at a time though). If you want a cooked breakfast at the hotel it’ll cost you 350TL (about £7.80). You can get it much cheaper at restaurants outside of the hotel. The restaurant also plays music whilst eating breakfast which is a mood killer. It’s depressing piano music which genuinely brings the whole atmosphere down. In terms of the staff, the pool/bar/restaurant staff were superb. They were friendly, very helpful and a credit to the hotel. They wander around during the day and ask you (but don’t pressure you) if you want any drinks/food then they bring it to you. Reception staff were good but if you have a query or request, you need to ask about 2 times before they’ll action it (I got my 2nd pillow on day 3). Now onto the housekeeping staff. Absolutely pointless that the hotel even pay them! They do the absolute minimum. The shower was dirty on arrival (mould) and in the 10 days, our floor was not hoovered/mopped once.
