amazing time with my sister at hotel environment really pretty and tress flowers pool and beach bars well kept and clean Beach location just walk short distance on selected beach staff very helpful assisted with beds and sun brollies and very kind Hospitality excellent and nothing too much trouble and attentive Was touched with how lovely people was Fikret, Hilal, Metin (both), Sila, Alara and a la carte chef Murat Sorry if missed names. But staff was with these special people too ! house keeping staff very friendly and rooms kept clean and tidy We had a laugh and was given all information needed Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back again Thankyou everyone for great holiday with my sister and all of you will miss you God bless ❤️

The location is amazing! Just a 2 minute walk and you are on the hotel beach where sunbeds and parasols are provided free of charge. Turn right and you have the wonderful promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants and amazing views of the paragliders (a fantastic experience to try). All the staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help make your holiday experience as enjoyable as possible. The clean kiss is amazing - the food is plentiful with lots of variety- always something for everyone! For families the animation team are fantastic! There are so many wonderful staff who I would love to mention but unfortunately do not know their names - however I would like to mention Fikret who is the customer relation lady who was so helpful to us - arranged lovely days at Paradise Beach but beyond that was just a pleasure to chat to each day. She definitely put a smile on our faces each day. Also to mention Freddie who also put a smile on our faces each! Would definitely come back again in a heart beat. This may be a 3/4* hotel but the staff and service are definitely 5*. I would fully recommend staying at this hotel in this wonderful location to both couples and families!

All staff work very hard. Aren at the relax pool bar is the best and pancake lady is awesome. Gardens are beautiful with fruit trees and chickens running free. Always sunbeds available. Only criticism is that there is not much meat at dinner. Plenty of fish, salad etc. No ice cream for the kids at meal times.

Excellent time in here. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are nice , clean and tidy. Food are such as large selections. Restaurant staff are very helpful. Pool bar don’t let you your drink’s empty. And every staff had a happy face. Guest relation lady Fikret is helped us for anything. She organised my birthday party. Thanks for her. Entertainment was good. We will return next year. I highly recommend to my family and all my friends.

I loved the holiday here, we had a great time the staff here are sweet and helpful, also many activities to do, The hotel was decent can’t complaint, gets cleaned daily, the hotel restaurant was amazing, so many options, the pools were looked after and beautiful, maybe they could improve on the Internet services but other than that we had a amazing time here in oludeniz, I recommend anybody to come here and experience the same.

We have had an amazing week - my daughter and I have been made to feel extremely welcomed and looked after. All the staff are very attentive - the evening waitress, Zilan, was always checking we are ok and couldn't do enough for us. Fikret at Guest Relation (next to the reception desk in the lobby) is wonderful. She gave us all the local information and organised our day at the Olu Deniz Lagoon - Paradise Beach - we had a wonderful day and it is really well organised. The hotel is beautiful, lovely rustic surroundings and the rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The swimming pools are fab, lots to do for families with young childten and adults alike. The good is lovely, a fresh range of cuisines and desserts. Great location! The beach is on the doorstep of the hotel and the local shops are great. Bus service in the area gets you to all the local towns - lots to explore. We will definitely be coming back!
