In the heart of horse country, lays a quaint and private 8 Stall HorseBarn with a Carriage House-- turned cozy living space. Includes a bedroom with King size bed ,full kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath with shower, washer and dryer. Two Smart Tvs! And plenty of fenced in areas for your dog, and even a stall or paddock for few horses! The space The Tack House Retreat is an adorable little one bedroom secluded "housebarn" located only 35 minutes from downtown Louisville and 35 minutes to Madison, Indiana. What was once referred to as the Tack Room, has been transformed into a fully furnished, totally functional Tack House retreat. With a bathroom, including a stand-up shower. A full kitchen, with all necessary dining and cooking supplies. Dining area, and neat private bedroom. This place will win your heart. Note: We currently have no horses boarding but we are hoping that changes soon! Guest access You will have access to a fully furnished one bedroom with a new King memory foam mattress. The unit is neatly set in a beautiful 8 stall Horse barn. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. With accommodations up to 4 guests (2 privately), a Couch, and a Deluxe Queen Air Mattress. NOTE: Cell service is limited in the area. AT&T works great, all others may not be available. However, Wifi and a landline is available on site! Interaction with guests We are available if needed, however, a guest door code and all check-in info will be provided prior to arrival. Additional Pricing: ___ Pet Fee tier $35 per pet for stays 1-3 days $50 per pet 4-7 days +$25 per additional week Max $125 per pet month 1. If you are bringing more than one pet, please Inquire. 2. Horse stalls and field are offered at $35 per horse per 24 hours 3. 110v Electric and parking for small trailer (up to 36 foot*** with exceptions) is available for $10 for one night or $5 a day for longer bookings Dog/cat urine will not be tolerated. A black light inspection may follow your stay and up to $150 will be charged to you per urine spot. ***Trailers that are 40 foot long with the rear wheels within 6 feet from the back will NOT make the turn over our bridge.
