Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Waterways

Everything fine except for the check in. Hotel insisted that the rooms had not been paid for in advance and that to gain access i would have to pay at the desk I have therefore paid twice for the same booking I have tried Premier Inns complaints line but end up in an endless wild goose chase and no help

We just came back from a two night stay at The waterways Premier Inn Stafford upon Avon. Fabulous location and lovely clean room. Facing g a little canal which was nice to see. Comfy and warm room. We had the full English breakfast, 10.99. All you could eat and drink. Food was fresh, hot and there was a really good choice. About a 5 minute walk into the main town centre. Every member of the staff team were happy, friendly and very attentive. Well done to them all. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The food was lovely and the rooms clean The TV had loads of channels to choose from. The shower was amazing with a waterfall head and a hand shower too. The purple lighting option in the bathroom is a great idea to leave on during the night. Windows do not open but the aircon works perfectly. The restaurant overlooks the canal and we saw swans, signets and even an otter. The walk alongside the canal is lovely. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. They are really busy and have to do a lot of different jobs, working front of house and bar and restaurant all at the same time. They all found time to have a little chat and make sure everything was OK. There were a few difficult guests yet the staff managed to keep a smile on their faces and tried to help in any way they could. They definitely need to be paid more and for there to be more staff.
