Это отель - разочарование. Старый, грязный, бедный и скупой.
Позиционирует отель себя как семейный. Но это соооовсем не так. С детьми тут делать нечего.
Начну с аква зачем мы сюда и приехали :
Аквапарк взрослый и подростковый находятся рядом, они очень старые, дырки и трещины в горках замазаны шпаклевкой, все выцветшее и облезлое. Работников наполовину не хватает, поэтому половина горок работает, вторая часть закрыта. Подростковая может быть вообще закрыта. Моему ребенку было негде кататься.
Аквапарк для малышей глубиной 40см (просто лужа) вода в нем стоячая, вода вся в крошке от облупившейся краски детских горок. Сами горки очень грязные,наверху на них рыжая стоячая вода. Я ребенка туда не пустила.
Часть аквапарка под название бассейн с волной включают на 20минут только 5 раз в день. В начале каждого часа после 11:00. Тоже грусть тоска ради 20мин сюда идти по горам.
Ходить в этом отеле в гору и с горы придется очень много. Все обьекты аквапарка друг от друга далеко. Лифт есть только на пляж. Но он очень непривлекателен - маленький деревянный настил с лежаками и лестница в море. Вообще не для детей.
Детский клуб очень печален- просто асфальтированная поляна за оградой а на ней дом. Ни снарядов ни качелей ни песка. Сам дом внутри без игрушек. Есть столы и стулья. Все. Сидит девушка внутри. Туда ребенка я не отдала, там делать понятно нечего.
На территории отеля есть пара детских площадок.
И за то спасибо.
Номер сам мелкий, санузел в номере тридцатилетней давности, раковина течет на пол, везде жирно размазан герметик, вызывает брезгливость цвет сантехники.
Столы в барах всегда грязные. Стекло в аквапарках прямо в ванночках для ног валяется. Также стекло на дорожках. Я лично вляпалась конечно в стекло. Везде стоят грязные стаканы от ночных напитков, стоят до обеда. На земле, на столиках, везде. Лежаки все грязные.
Питание в отеле обычное для 3*/4*. Супы не сьедобные. Овощи/фрукты стандартно, они есть. Из мяса и овощей можно что-то найти. В основном индейка. Есть отгриленная курица и рыба типа селедки на ужин. Сама столовая грустная,обслуживать вас тут не будут, вилки тоже сами поищите или вам повезет и вам их дадут. Снэк баров тут нет, только сэндвичи в пищевой пленке в баре до 16ч, яблоки. Есть мороженое днем два часа в баре. Фрешей нет.
Я заметила что тут в основном все пьют, прямо с утра, и кто с детьми тоже, виснут на баре и у бара. Вечером долго гремит музыка- предполагаю дискотека. Интересных шоу для детей нет.
Я заплатила через агрегатор за двухдневное проживание с ребенком вдвоем около 450€. Это стандартная цена хорошей пятерки в Алании. В этом отеле несоответствие цена/качество. Думаю если сюда ехать с целью отдохнуть как в 3* без претензий к чистоте и без детей, с целью выпить и сидеть в бассейне к чему располагает отель то цена должна быть не более 120€ за двоих в сутки.

Bu yaz otelinizde misfir olduk.dikkat ceken en önemli özelliklerden otelin temiz ve yemeklerin guzel olmasaydi.Ayni zamanda personelleriniz Güler yuzlu olmasi,özellikle misafir iliskilerde calisan Ruhsara hanimin sabrla dinleyib ilgilenmesi icin tesekkut Ederiz. Sizin Oteli secmekten memnun kaldik.

Su an otelde konakliyoruz,3.gunumuz,resimlerdeki sonsuzluk havuzu ,diger havuzlar ve dogasine vurulup ayarladigimiz otel giriste herbirimize fi tarihinden kalna yontem kol bandi takilmasiyla ilk hayal kirikligini yasatti zaten.resepsiyonda calisan 2 arkafasin gercekten samimi ilgisiyle istedigimiz cam balkonlu deniz manzarali odamiza geldigimizde 2 hayal kirikligini yasadik,odanin manzarasi harika ama resimlerdekiyle pek alakasi yok,10 yasindaki oglumuzun ek yatagi cok rahatsiz ve konforsuz,oda 3 kisinin yerlesebileceginden cok daha kucuk ve temizlik berbatttt,temizlik ve hijyen heryerde cok vasat gerci,laguna bar ve sonsuzluk havuzunun hakkini yememek lazim cunki harikaaaaa ama diger alanlardaki konfor bu fiyati karsilamiyor,onumuzde burada gecirecegimiz 5 gunumuz daha var ,belki sevebiliriz henuz bilmiyoruz amaaaaa siz yine de benim gibi resimlere vurulup rezervasyon yapmadan once bir kez daha dusunun derim...ilgili ve samimi bazi otel calisanlarina ozellikle resepsiyon sevgilerimizle....bu arada alakart restoranlari ayarlamakta gosterdigimiz ustun basari tartisilamaz bile,guya yogunluktan binbir israrla ayarlanan ucretli alakartlarin yaninda ,istenildigi zaman yer acip hemen ayarladiklari,ayarlayamadiklarina da seneye gun veriyolar haberiniz olsun ...

We love with the bars team after very like it here we are amazing memories here just a food. After really little bit of change. The hotel left an extremely negative impression. First of all, the service was terrible: the staff at the reception were incompetent. When we checked in, our room was dirty: there were cigarette butts and champagne corks on the floor, the bed linens were filthy, the pillows were hard and impossible to sleep on, and the floors hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the reception four times asking them to clean the room, but no one responded. Finally, when we approached them again, they simply told us that the cleaning staff had already left, and the room would only be cleaned the next day. In addition, the safe in the room didn’t work. We had to call for maintenance and waited for 30 minutes, but no one came, so I had to go to the reception myself and find someone to fix it. On top of that, the elevators in the hotel were out of order, so we had to walk up to the 9th floor. The elevators, hallways, and restrooms were very dirty. In our room and in our friends' room, there was mold in the bathroom, and it was the same in all the other restrooms. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; it's not even worth considering!

The room was fine as far as we didn't stayed a lot in it, only for sleeping:P. great eneterteinment every night for kids and parents also. great SPA, great massaje. it's a great place with trees, we felt like în a garden or Park. we think seriosly to come back at another time.

When I arrived early in the morning at the hotel, the first impression was not good, it looked like an old hotel, when I went out to the yard there was garbage everywhere because it was very early 6 am, and I said to myself, what a disappointment! The room was not ready until 13:00 and we had traveled all night and with a 2 year old child it was exhausting. But, without a doubt, I want to give it the best rating, because the hotel, even though it is old and maybe it seemed unclean, had a wonderful atmosphere, especially the part of the beach, an unprecedented calm, very relaxing. The things that should be appreciated in this hotel are the very kind and hard-working staff, very good air conditioner and wifi is great! Food is average, drinks too, shows are good. at all we had a very good time.
