Hotel extraordinar staff prietenos. Activitati nenumarate. Mancarea buna. Foarte curat si frumos amenajat. Ca urmare merita o sansa nu o sa fiti dezamagiti. We all liked it very much!!! And recommend to come here.

CONS: 1- No Wi-Fi at room, need to charge for. 2- Reception people not friendly, no smiling. 3- Dark Lobby wi-fi area in -2 floor, dark lifts (I wonder why). I guess for economy in electricity bills. 4- Dark lightings in rooms and lavatory. I had difficulty to shave myself. Also difficulty to setup luggage. 5- Jacuzzi water evacuation mechanism out of order… 6- Late breakfast does not work. They wash out every food at 10:30. 7- Cold dispenser of fruit juice not quality. It’s sugar with added colorants. 8- Obtaintion of pool/beach towels is a nightmare. You need to pay a deposit first to reception then go to SPA center to take towels. They say “All inlusive” but unfortunately not. Remittance of towels back same though work. 9- For standard rooms they give you only one room entry card, for a second one, you need to pay for. What a shame. 10- We reserved 3 rooms together with family, in total we’re 8 people. The biggest table at restaurant handles 6 people. Every time we managed ourselves to pull tables and seats to setup for 8 people but staff were unhappy to see that action. 11- During our 5 day holiday, I had never the opportunity to have a rest near the pools because foreign visitors, puts their towel in all seats very early morning. This is a shame. We generally took breakfast around 9 o’clock and after that we wished to enjoy pullside. But no way. 11- Pools are long and narrow. There are not enough longchairs for every visitors. 12- Beach side is not sandy but only small and big stony area. It’s impossible to walk on with naked foots. You need to have appropriate foot wearings. 13- Sea is clean and deep, but during wind it becomes wavey and I never seen any lifeguard staff on the beach side. PROS: 1- Lobby, pool bars and restaurant staff are very friendly and always kind and helpy. 2- Foods are excellent and tasty. Many choice of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. 3- Hot dispenser of cafe, choclate etc are quality. 4- Lobby terrace is wide and comfortable handling to much people. 5- Free drinks with alcohol or soft drinks are served daily. 6- Patisserie in -2 floor serves many kind of sweet and salty cookies free of charge. 7- Rooms are clean with a lot of quality amenities. Room keeper ladies are friendly.
