Club Aqua Plaza

Amazing place with great food, fun water park and lovely staff. Mami has been very helpful and kind. We have had a great time, booked tours to visit the fountains and pirate boat. Also got the local bus to the Marina where we had a great time. Saw all the boats and had a amazing lunch

Very nice hotel, great service. During our stay at the hotel we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful animator – Hakim. He is an extremely nice and positive person who created a great atmosphere from the first day. Always smiling, full of energy and ideas for spending time together. Thanks to him, every day was full of laughter and good fun. Hakim was able to engage both children and adults – regardless of age, everyone felt welcome and important. He is an animator with a true calling.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely atmosphere, I’d like to especially give credit to the bar tenders for being so friendly and attentive. Hakim from the animation team was a highlight of the trip, always attentive and creating fun for the whole family of a variety of ages, very friendly fun lovely man. Would definitely recommend.

Just got back from a 10 day holiday staying in Club Aqua Plaza, traveling with my 10 year old son and my Mother. We choose this hotel due to the water slides as we knew they would keep my son entertained and they did not disappoint. The hotel staff were so friendly, the animation team were phenomenal, getting everyone involved and making our whole time there enjoyable. Even though it was the start of the seaons, the team still found the time to arrange entertainment every night and put on a kids mini disco every night. The rooms are basic but they had everything we needed (mattresses and bedding could have been a little softer). I had read some negative reviews from last year, however I can honestly say that we did not experience any of what we had seen written, the slides and pool area were kept clean, bedrooms cleaned daily, hotel lobby and gardens cleaned daily and the restaurant food was tasty with lots of options to choose from. I would also like to add that our easyjet rep was amazing, we were able to book lots of excursions through him, he was so friendly and arranged everything for us, we kept in contact via WhatsApp about time pick ups etc, which was really handy. I would highly recommend this hotel to families. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you Club Aqua Plaza. See you again soon!

Unfortunately, this hotel hasn't even come close to 4 star standards. The water park is very nice and children can have fun, but the music is extremely loud, and the lyrics are full of indecent words inappropriate for kids. I tried to make my point to the 'animation' manager, but he literally laughed in my face. The food is not very good, with a repetition of the same dishes every day. My son got sick for 2 days from some food he had consumed in the restaurant, so I avoided giving him any food from their premises. I took him outside to a cafe to feed him instead of eating at the hotel. Although we had a all inclusive package. Super inconvenient but safer for a 6 year old child. The cleaning standards are also very poor. I took some pictures that show how disgusting some parts are. The staff are mostly nice, but the lack of English was a problem. Not even the general manager, to whom I complained about the inappropriate language in the music played at the playground, understood me. He didn't have a clue about what I was talking about, despite having to deal with 2000 plus guests from all nationalities. The gym equipment was outdated and not well-maintained, the pier was in need of repairs, and the cleanliness of the bars, restaurants, and surrounding areas left much to be desired. Having to use the hotel laundry service was a necessity as my 6 year old son managed to dirty his clothes within just a few days. Much to my astonishment, washing 5 pairs of kids' shorts, 5 t-shirts, and 2 pairs of underpants added up to a whopping bill of €38. I couldn't help but think that I could have easily purchased him new clothes with that amount of money. To make things worse, they lost one of his shorts in the laundry and didn't bother to refund the money even though I asked for it. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, maintenance, and cleanliness was disappointing. The only good thing was the water park, but the loud music was horrible to listen to, playing from 10 am to 5 pm with a much needed break from noon to 1 pm. The room we were given seemed outdated and in need of a refresh. The floor was stained, the furniture looked worn, and the bathroom tiles were chipped. We also noticed dust on the surfaces, which made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning process. The lack of maintenance was evident in the flickering lights and the noisy air conditioning unit. It was clear that the hotel was not living up to its reputation as a 4 star establishment. The hotel also advertised a fun park, but it was actually not working at all. In fact, it was a bunch of old rides dumped in front of one of the swimming pools for everyone to see. It was disappointing to see the state of the fun park advertised by the hotel. The old equipment was indeed a mess, with rust and dirt covering the old 'attractions'. It was clear that the park had been neglected and left abandoned for some time. This further added to our overall disappointment with the lack of attenti

I don't usually write reviews but I feel the needs as I saw few bad reviews here and I was worried before coming over. The holiday was perfect, we were here for 10 night from 12 of August to 22nd. Our room was cleaned every day room number 622, the food was good. The staff are friendly. The pools are clean. Nothing to complain about from us. We enjoyed our stay here.
