Make yourself at home in this vibrant and cozy home in the heart of OKC! This home has been completely remodeled beautifully decorated! Everything is brand new! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. It is 2 mi to Integris Hospital, 3 mi to lake Hefner, 9 mi to downtown, and 5 mi to fairgrounds. You will be close to shopping and a lot of amazing restaurants when you stay at this centrally located home. My husband and I have lived in the area for most of our lives, so we can give you so many recommendations on restaurants, things to do, and places to shop! This home has 3 bedrooms including one king room with attached full bathroom, and two queen rooms. There is an additional full bathroom off the main hallway with a bathtub. The living room is cozy with plenty of blankets and pillows to get comfy and watch on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all brand-new appliances for those who prefer to stay in and cook. Both bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. There is an attached 2 car garage to park in, and the backyard is fully fenced in. There is a patio with a seating area, where you can enjoy your coffee or a drink on a nice day!
