フロントの方はとても感じがよく丁寧でした。フロントに、その日の新聞がご自由にお取りくださいで置いてありました。コーヒーやお茶、スープ、化粧水乳液体洗い用タオルも、ご自由にお取りくださいでした。チェックインの時と新聞は翌朝の朝刊があったので、朝食後にもいただきました。禁煙のお部屋をお願いしましたが、タバコ臭は一切しませんでした。カードキーで開錠し、カードキーを所定の場所にセットすると室内の電源が入るシステムでしたが、それに気が付かず、テレビがつかなくて焦りました。空気清浄機と、消臭スプレーがありました。ペットボトルのお水500ml1本が置いてあり、湯沸かし器で沸かしてコーヒーやお茶、スープをいただきました。洗面台の水道に「飲める水」と表記されていて、空いたペットボトルで汲んで沸かしました。
ベットは寝心地が良かったです。掛け物のシーツがボックスタイプだったので、シーツがグシャグシャにならず快適でした。
朝ごはんは品数が豊富で素晴らしかったです。1番美味しかったのは筍のオカカ煮です。お味噌汁は具沢山で最高でした。*の種類が、生*、ゆで*、スクランブルエッグ、だし巻き*、おでんの煮*となんとも豊富でスクランブルエッグは美味でした。パンと飲料のコーナーが奥で、少し離れていました。パンもロールパン、食パン、レーズンパンと豊富で。ヨーグルトもありました。パン飲料があまりに種類が多く、キョロキョロ眺めていたら食堂のスタッフさんが声をかけてくださり、なんと親切な方なんだろうと感激しました。
朝食後、朝刊とコーヒー、お茶などをいただき部屋に戻ると隣の部屋からいびきか聞こえて来ました。
ホテル周辺の道路ががちょうど大掛かりな工事をしていて、渋滞しましたが、大丈夫でした。
全体を通して非常に快適でした。

禁煙ルームで予約したと思っていましたが、
どうやら喫煙フロアだったようで、
エレベーターを降りた瞬間にものすごいタバコの臭いで失敗したと思いました。汗
エレベーターの真ん前が喫煙所でしたから余計かもしれません。
これ以外は概ね問題なしです。
次に宿泊する時は禁煙ルームであることを確認したいと思います。
