SANDALS BARBADOS Arrived for 14 days holiday 8th feb room ok noproblems.THE restraunts some have to be booked in advance others you can just turn up managed to get most of the ones we wanted to go to booked on the first day.The standard fair but not the best the beakfast choice ok.One night we had nothing booked so went at 7 in the evening we evaentually got our meal at 10 o clock and it was cold 2 nights later one and a half hour wait just to get a table not too happy are they bothred no not really. Sunbeds on the beach if you are happy to get up at 6 o clock in the morning you can get one the rest of the day they all have towells on and in use supposedly.Sandals need to get on these problems and sort them there were a lot of unhappy british people who had paid a lot of money for their holiday.The staff on the whole are fine there was the odd one who could of done with a slap for his attitude,THE Next thin g goin home we had to be out of the room by 11 o cock thr flight time 9 10 at night you get a locker to use keep the room longer no chance then the pick up time to the airport 5 o clock flght not taking off till 9 10 just not good at all Would i go back to this resort no

My wife and I had a blast at Sandals Barbados. Got to meet some new friends, ate some awesome food, celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. So many special parts of our trip. We booked Captain Larry for two days. We explored the entire island with OG. We went to the oldest synogogue in the western hemisphere, then to a Mount *** Rum tour, then to St. Nicholas Abbey Heritage Great House, Rum Distillery and train ride around the plantation, and finally OG drove us to the Flower Forest just before they closed. We learned a ton of history over the two days. Day 1 we did his regular tour and fed the monkeys. The highlight was snorkeling with the turtles. The water was so clear at Carlise Bay. We also experienced the last day of the Crop Over festival. Big party, lots of costumes and music. As far as the resort, It was very green and beautiful. We were on the Club level. We ate at almost every restaurant. They were all great. We had ice cream every night at Cafe de Paris. Yummy! We relaxed at the beach and pool. I enjoyed my Bob Marley and Blue Hawaiian frozen drinks. I even asked the bartenders to make me other drinks based on my preferences. They all were talented mixologists. The water wasn’t the best but we understand that it’s not the resort’s fault. The resort felt more relaxed than our previous trips to St. Lucia. This includes the entertainment. I really enjoyed Peach Bless’ performances. Bowling at Lovers Lane was fun. Also their table arcade games. We were told that Sandals Barbados was at 60% capacity. We went to our first loyalty dinner, ate Surf and Turf with the GM and mingled with other travellers. There were so many employees that truly made a difference. From Amanda our housekeeper to Ramona our photographer to every wait staff that ensured we enjoyed our meal, along with just passing employees as we walked the resort, each person greeted us with a smile and asked about our day! We even enjoyed our time with the artist Robert Babb and are taking home a part of the island with us. When Sandals Barbados says, “Welcome Home”, they truly mean It!!

Excellent experience. 1st time staying at a Sandals resort. Service was great. Checkin and checkout was above average. Concierge was outstanding. Food was very good. All venues were very entertaining. Overall great experience and look forward to a return stay.

After a FANTASTIC week at Sandals Barbados here’s my thoughts. 1st, the resort itself is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at Club Level. From the moment we got to the property the concierge was fantastic Duane gave us the tour and treated us like lifelong friends. During the week we tried to eat at different restaurants as much as possible just to experience them. Mariner had some good food by the pool for lunch. Dino’s pizza - we ate there twice. 1st time wasn’t great. But the 2nd time was MUCH better. Schooner’s - the food was great the service was kind of a miss. The server wasn’t rude but wasn’t personable either. Merry Monkey- we went in late. It was packed. Other than it taking a while to get the food, no complaints. It was hot and delicious. Kimono’s - from start to finish it was a great experience. The chef was hilarious, the server was attentive and the food was amazing Butch’s Chophouse- the filet mignon was out of this world delicious. My wife order surf and turf and said hers was delicious as well. Spice’s - ate breakfast there a couple times. Buffet, the food was hot and good. It’s breakfast so I didn’t expect it to be “spectacular” Cafe Paris - good Variety of pastries only complaint, they were out if the sugar free options for the coffee Butch’s Steak and Seafood - ny steak wasnt as good as I’d hoped but the service was great. American Tavern - good food and service at dinner there once and breakfast there twice. Neptune’s - the Mahi Mahi was out of this world delicious I was disappointed in the all day rum tour. We spent way too long in the van riding around and the driver was nice but rambled on and on about things no one cared about. The snorkel tour / swim with turtles was amazing. My wife and I both really enjoyed it. The Piano Bar was probably our favorite at night attraction. The karaoke was fun. The lady running it was an absolute blast. Nakeem the bartender sang and danced. Truly a great guy. We loved this resort so much we booked again for next summer. 355 days to go!

Zaria, Our group hostess was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made sure everything went smoothly. She secured our restaurant reservations ahead of time and checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference in our experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic facilities with amazing food options. Not my last stay at a Sandals! All the staff is attentive to your needs. Lots of options for activities for all levels of activity. Bartenders create a lot new drinks - this in includes Kiann who creates a concoctions of vodka and raspberry flavors that was amazing!

Overall, the resort was nice enough, but the price was high for the quality of food and rooms. The beds were not comfortable at all. Staff friendliness was hit or miss and at times you almost felt like you were a bother. Hot water in the room was scarce in the evening. I took more than one cold shower. Our air conditioner was leaking to the point of water pooling on the ground and onto the balcony, so my husband called 3 times. No one came until I walked to the front desk to report it. The internet was spotty often. Unfortunately, my husband’s Apple earbuds were stolen and we could never find them. We stayed on the Barbados side but spent more time by the pools at Royal. We definitely loved a many of the pool staff. Shay made a wonderful spicy margarita and went above and beyond to be sure that he had the right ingredients. Chevrine and Dale were so sweet and made sure we always had what we wanted. We just felt in comparison to other all inclusive resorts that we have stayed, Sandals was much more expensive yet not as good of quality. We would go back to Barbados, but would likely stay at a different resort or hotel.

My wife and I would like to thank our Butler Elite staff for their great effort of making our stay so very pleasant & wonderful. Thank you Jabari , Archie & Jeremy. 10 stars of of a 10 star rating for certain. The resort contents , pools , restaurants , bars , Red Lane Spas were all very friendly, immaculate and efficient.
