I made reservations through trip.com and found a great deal for my stay! As I'm making my reservation through the app I had all my correct information filled out and read the guidelines and policies before submitting my payment method. Clearly ŕeading all the details before payment was made! I get my confirmation email with my reservation information to see my booking date was changed, and the hotel stated a $2 fee arriving to the hotel. I am then told by the man in the office after i arrived that there is a $100 deposit fee. When clearly reading all the guidelines and policies before I ever confirmed my payment. They told me there is absolutely no refunds no exceptions! So due to trip.com and oyo hotel I was unable to get the correct dates fixed for my booking and they kept my entire payment.. all they are out there to do is take your hard earned money!!
