"we didn't even spend the night. Air conditioning not working at all. The door lock wouldn't automatically close. I had to insert the key & pull on the door handle hard to get it to close properly. The manager came & said that's how you need to lock it. Everywhere else I have stayed the door closes and it locks automatically. Smelled bad and looked mediocre. My son was afraid to spend the night as homeless people were right outside the door. NO elevators I had to carry our ice chest (30)pounds up the stairs and my suitcase. Had i known I would have packed 2 suitcases lighter weight. Hence, going forward I will definitely research it better. It was based on a soccer tournament & I was trying to find the closest location to the Oceanside soccer complex."

"Firstly we couldn’t find fault with this property and I did give very positive feedback from the email they sent me after we checked out. After staying here our family which consisted of 9 people moved on to Lego land which was 15 minutes away. Approximately 9:45pm the day we checked out I remembered I had left 5 presents which were wrapped in purple paper , 3 cards which had very personal messages in them and candles and a birthday badge. These gifts were for our 12 year old Grandaughters 12th birthday . I rang reception and explained I had left the gifts in the top drawer in the bedroom. I was told that nothing had been handed in but she will check in the morning and have someone ring me at 9am. I didn’t hear anything so I rang again at midday to be told some things had been handed in. I was so grateful and thank him. I went to reception at 5:30pm to pick up the gifts, as I walked back to the car I noticed in the plastic bag it felt very light so I had a look and there were only 2 items in the bag. I went back in and asked where were the rest of our items. I was told that was all that was handed in. I asked if anyone had checked into our room after us and I was told No. I said then where is everything else, Someone had opened all the gifts and left one gift in tact and a small box which had been sealed with some fidget rings in it. The lid was missing and so were some rings. I received no answers. I was told they would talk to head of house keeping. We still have heard nothing from this hotel and all I can say is you left us all heartbroken. Especially our 3 granddaughter who have been through hell and back. We have contacted the Australian Worldmark office who were absolutely devastated for us and they are still yet to hear from you . My husband and I have guardianship of our 3 Grandaughters as our daughter (their mum) was killed last year by their father by domestic violence. This holiday (we are from Australia) was to be a making memories holiday and to put some happiness into their lives. Once again the girls have lost trust in people."

"El hotel está a pocos pasos de la calle del mar, la zona pública está muy bien situado para ver el mar, pero la habitación es pequeña, el baño es aún más difícil de girar en un momento, no entiendo por qué la puerta del dormitorio puede abrir la mitad? No entiendo por qué el dormitorio está tan rápido instalado? ¿Por qué no entiende por qué el tiempo de salida es de las 10? La experiencia de estadía es muy mala."
