Our 2nd row full ocean view in the Islander Villa Community in Ocean Isle Beach, NC is ready to welcome you and your family/friends! We are a second row villa with no unit built in front of us on the first row, giving you a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean and dunes. We are one building over from the seasonal pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day) and Islander Clubhouse. We have a large covered deck with comfortable seating so you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to ocean waves or a quiet lunch while a shrimp boat sails by. Get away from the hustle and bustle of busier beaches, while still having access to plentiful local restaurants, shopping, golfing, mini-golf, fishing piers, shopping, concerts, playgrounds, zip-lining, boat rentals, and other activities and wonderful Islander Villa amenities: seasonal pool (open Memorial Day-Labor Day given no maintenance or events), hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar, & pickleball and tennis courts. The town of Ocean Isle also boasts a fabulous playground and splashpad for when you take a break from the waves. Enjoy the Friday night free concert series all Summer long! There are over 100 golf courses in the surrounding area and plenty of family-friendly restaurants and activities, including the newly remodeled OIB Park with splashpad, ziplines, pickleball/basketball court, playgrounds, covered picnic area, and more! The serenity of the white sandy beaches are waiting to welcome you and your family back when your adventurous spirit needs a break. You may even find yourself so enamored with the thousands of shells and beautiful waves that you sit back, relax, and enjoy the wonderful, slow beach life we love at Ocean Isle Beach. Beautiful updated lighting and floors welcome you as you enter the home. Our Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout allows for easy clean up and comfort underfoot. Lighting and fresh paint keep that beachy feel going even during your moments off the beach. You will truly relax when you visit A Wonderful Life! We offer a fully-stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and coffee maker, as well as all you need to make a home-cooked meal. All appliances are recently updated and easy to use. The huge updated fridge - large enough to store all your groceries for the week - includes an ice maker for cool drinks on hot days. A charcoal grill is also available for your favorite grill-master to utilize during your stay. (Please supply your own charcoal.) Each bedroom is a suite, with a full bath and a TV with Roku: -Bedroom 1 is a Master with a King, jetted tub, and dual sinks -Bedroom 2 is another Master with a king and full bath -Guest Bedroom #1 boasts 1 Queen and 1 double bed, plus an ensuite with raised toilet for older guests. -Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 double beds and access to a bathroom that opens to the bedroom and hallway. We keep a pack-n-play and portable booster seat on hand for the littlest travelers. Linens & towels are included with each rental but please bring your own beach towel and crib sheet if needed. There is available parking for up to 4 vehicles. We are a first floor condo with just a quick flight of stairs or a brief elevator ride up from the parking level. We do have outside security cameras at both front and back entrances to condo. Your beach chairs and sand toys can be stored in the storage room marked A on the parking level - feel free to use the ones left behind by others!
