"I was not a fan of this hotel at all. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was very disappointing. The towels had stains on them, we saw bugs in the bathroom, and the floors had visible hair and dirt. The TV, walls, and pictures also had marks and grime all over them. We requested that someone come clean the room, and although someone did come after we asked, it was very obvious that the floors were never swept or mopped and that very little cleaning was actually done. The trash was emptied, the bed was made, and we were given fresh towels—which, thankfully, were actually clean and stain-free this time. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained, even after we specifically requested that it be cleaned. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and would not choose to stay here again."
