Big Blue Sky Hotel - All Inclusive

The hotel is rather of average standards. The food is good. Everyone will choose something for themselves and the hungry will not walk. Toilets are clean. The light does not work properly everywhere or the door closes. Too bad the crew doesn't see it. The safe is additionally paid, additionally you have to pay for the second card to the room and for the Internet throughout the hotel. There is free wi-fi access at the reception. In the bar you will not find drinks "with a palm" at most vodka, gin with carbonated drinks. Raki, wine. Disappointing closing time of the pool 19.00 and the music turned off in the pool bar at 23.00. On the beach by the sea, sunbeds and umbrellas are additionally paid. Friendly bartenders take care of the good moods of the guests. The lady from the SPA service as a good fairy cares about guests and provides good advice if there is a need. The gentleman from the minimarket is very nice. It all depends on what you care about. I liked it after the lack of music after 23.

Thursday the 6th of October checking into my hotel the next morning. Anna had bedbugs in my bed. Told the reception of staff downstairs. They changed my room again. I had bedbugs on my head. The board told the staff didn't seem to be bothered. I would never go back to this hotel again. And this hotel is big blue suite hotel. The food was disgusting

I am amazed by the place. Really don't understand all the negative opinions I read before the trip. The hotel Crew is very nice, polite and helpfull. Always willing to support the guests. The rooms are nice (we had one with the view on to the sea) and kept clean, room cleaning was every day. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The food is so much differentiated that everyone will find something for her/himself. I recommend the hotel very much. Will definitely chose it again if it's in the offer someday.
