Overall, our stay was great. The hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, helpful and overall made us feel very welcome. Jameson greeted us warmly when we arrived, tired from 6 hours in the car and it was off to a good start. The room was very quiet and well appointed. The dresser space was welcome as we were staying for four nights. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice big TV, plenty of outlets for charging gadgets. A few minor issues to report on the room - now, we know it’s getting updated later this year, so I’ll temper my comments given that information. That bathroom had zero ventilation, and the whole week none of our towels dried out. Granted, it was in the upper 90s and super hot for August in PA, but still, it was a bit aggravating. The AC kept the room cool but humidity was a challenge with heat indexes over 100 the whole week. Not a real problem, but still a bit annoying. Our toilet seat cover was broken when we arrived. Odd that housekeeping wouldn’t report and have it fixed, but I did and the staff fixed it the same day I asked while we were out. Also, the bathroom door was nearly impossible to open as it was swollen to the door jamb. I’m a fairly large man, but a smaller child or person might have trouble with it. (Room 432). But that’s it - the grounds of the hotel were spotless, the new, renovated lobby was beautiful and comfortable, the restaurant and bar in the hotel was excellent (Christine was great behind the bar) and we had a very nice stay. The area is very quiet for a business park and it’s filled with restaurants, bars, and things to do. Easy access to highways. Good location.

This is a very basic hotel for a Hilton. Upside: good beds, rooms on the west side are quiet, friendly staff. There is a gym and a small indoor pool. However, rooms are very dated and in need of a renovation. During four nights, our room was only serviced once. It is not possible to order room service and the fridge is not stocked. The general impression is that the hotel is staffed to the bare minimum.

I had a soft spot for this hotel due to the location. I also liked that it has a restaurant, rare in this area, and a Tesla charger. I've been here several times. The rooms are getting very dated and tired. It's not the cleanest either. However, I overlooked these things as again, location is most important, followed by the restaurant, and Tesla charger. However, I am here to warn you, do NOT book this property. I had a reservation made and booked three months ago, part of a larger trip. The hotel is kicking me out because they went and sold every room to a convention. Why is this my fault? We would I need to be forced to a hotel in another area, or without a restaurant, or without a Tesla charger? It is simply NOT worth booking your flights, car rentals, etc. to then have this hotel cancel your reservation. It is NOT worth the risk. Book somewhere else. You won't miss the dated rooms or dirt either.

I was staying to attend the PA Quilt Show at the Conference Center. The location was only a few miles away so it was convenient. The hotel was clean and modern and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free. Beds were cozy, but in the softer side. We would stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at this property recently and our experience was awful. A few of the things that were terrible: - The room was dirty. - The bed had a white stain on the frame that looked like bodily fluids. Not sure if it was, but gross none-the-less. - The chair in the room was visibly dirty, had stains, and its upholstery was disintegrating. - The air conditioner was very loud. - The pool water was green. We thought this might be due to their chemicals, but the adjacent hot top water was clear. It looked too gross to swim in. - My wife is disabled and asked for a couple more bed pillows to get comfortable. The staff informed us they were "out of pillows at this time." Really? Also, requested extra towels were not available either. But here is the worst part: they double charged us! We booked the room through ******* and paid for it. The day after our stay, the hotel directly charged us AGAIN for the same stay! Mistakes happen, so I called the hotel. None of the staff could get the manager (only transfer me to his voice mail) despite having called numerous times on different days at different times when I was told the manager would be in. I left MULTIPLE messages for the manager about the double charge, but NONE were returned. I never got to speak to the manager despite WEEKS of trying and I still haven't been refunded their mistaken charge. This hotel is awful at best and a scam at worst. DO NOT STAY HERE! The Hilton name is ruined for me now.

I made the mistake of using the advanced payment rate. I was charged immediately and then again when I checked out. The woman at the check out desk told me something was wrong with the printer and couldn't give me a receipt. Once I discovered the double charge, I tried calling the hotel. It takes forever for anyone to answer the phone and on several phone calls, the phone was never answered. Had to contact the corporate office, who are giving the hotel time to refund me. No refund yet as of Sept. 10. Don't stay here.

Filthy! Beyond disgusting! Food crumbs on floor, stained curtain & dirty chair. Moldy musty unbearable smell - even changed rooms- same or worse. Hallway & elevator floors dirty too. Front associate didn’t acknowledge Hilton honors member. Run away! I recently stayed at a wonderful Hilton Garden Inn in another state- so I foolishly trusted the brand- huge mistake!!! Miserable experience! Wish someone had written this review to save myself & others!!

Clean room & staff on the night we stayed were great! However they didn’t have the room we reserved (2 double queen beds) so they offered us a discount on a king one bed room for three of us. We accepted since everything else was booked, but when we checked in and checked out both separate employees told us we would get discounted rates due to them not having the room we reserved and they said it was a note on our room. Weeks later, still no refund or discounted rate so we called. They wouldn’t honor it, and the manager(?) Ron sent us unprofessional texts which I’ve never had happen at a Hilton. It was a weird experience, we’re very chill and polite but he immediately texted that “we can keep arguing but he won’t help us”. Strange because we didn’t even ask for a discount, they just offered it when not having our room. He talked down to us for using a booking site. I wasn’t aware hotels don’t like those. He said we were guaranteed a room, not the amount of beds. I prefer Hiltons and have never had issues at any others but when in this area… I would definitely suggest staying elsewhere.
