After a long day of enjoying all that Chicago (our place is just a short walk to the green line which gets you in the heart of downtown in 20 minutes) and/or Oak Park (a short walk to restaurants, coffeeshops, parks, and attractions--including Frank Lloyd Wright's home and studio--one the homes he designed is a mere 2 houses away!), unwind in our calming townhouse, with a full well-appointed kitchen, separate work space, dining room, living room with strained glass windows, and 4 sunlit bedrooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in several beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces: a shared front porch, private 2-person side deck, patio--with grill and outdoor fireplace--perfect for smores. We are native Chicagoans and long time Oak Parkers and live in the neighboring townhouse and are on call to answer your questions.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet time after 10 PM.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Comfortable Stay
Spacious accommodations stocked w/plenty of fun games, safe neighborhood, and an ultra-responsive host. Was a great landing spot for our crew and pup. Within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and more. If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it. :-) And enjoy.

Oak Park Getaway
Had a small group of friends stay here for a wedding! The host Erika was great at communicating details and gave us a heads up about events happening in the area that would affect our travel times! She was great and offered a late checkout due to heavy traffic in the area around the normal checkout time. Super kind and helpful! The place was also gorgeous!
