Me he alojado aquí varias veces. Está cerca de la empresa del cliente y es conveniente para trabajar. Puede que haya un poco de ruido al lado de la carretera, pero está bien después de las 9 en punto. El desayuno era rico y la recepción fue muy acogedora. Parecía ser un hotel famoso. Muchas celebridades se hospedaron aquí y tomaron fotos. Es solo que el hotel tiene un olor, no sé si es el olor que suelen sentir los negros cuando se alojan allí.

The front desk people were very nice, but what I didn’t notice when I booked was that three sides of the hotel border highways, on ramps, or off ramps. My room was extremely loud from hearing big trucks, until midnight, from speeding up and breaking etc. My room also had a terrible cigarette smell, but it was after I unpacked everything and was exhausted, so I decided not to change it. The included breakfast was great and the service there was awesome. Make sure to bring your ear plugs and if you’re a light sleeper, it may make sense to look for another place.

On the upside, the staff was pleasant. The room was clean. The price was right. The motel is right off the highway. There was a tolerable free breakfast. I slept well. Highway sounds more white noise than intrusive. The gas station across the street had a mini-mart (and alcohol should I have wished it). On the downside, I slept in pajamas and heavy socks, covered in bedding from both of the room’s beds, with my head under the covers. The TV worked and carried HBO, but there was no menu, channel selection was limited, and every other channel was an ad to upgrade my Direct TV. The thinly carpeted floor was very cold. The tub leaked a steady stream of water (which I actually prefer to a loud drip so there’s that). And if the point wasn’t clear before, the heat didn’t work. The place was clean, convenient, and inexpensive . . . Not I’m staying there again.

The king-size mattress was a king-size mess; it felt like someone stuffed it with newspaper. There was a water leak in the room with two rolls of wet toilet paper that couldn't be used at all. Half the room had no electricity, resulting in no TV, microwave, or refrigeration -- I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. Worse experience ever, dirty carpeting and a generally run-down hotel. And I had to go without breakfast because the 'cook' she refused to give me the meal 10 minutes early so I could get on my way down the road for a church meeting. When I politely informed them at the front desk -- all he said was "I'll make a note of it" -- when I suggested that I receive at least a discount, that was refused as well. Not a good idea to stay here.

The staff was NOT friendly at all. We would have left before we even got to the room if we could have. The room REEKED of smoke and must. The carpet was stained and the walls clearly needed a paint job. We left early. DO NOT GO HERE. The breakfast was not good, and the staff there was also not nice!!

The check-in process is slow and antiquated. They give you a breakfast voucher where one person has to give you the worst continental breakfast ever. The worst part is that one person is serving all guests. I only wanted a bagel and had to wait forever. The room had no WiFi signal, so I had to get close to the window to get a signal. It still was bad, so I ended up using my phone's hotspot. HVAC didn't work, so no AC or heat, they had a tiny heater which had wires wrapped in electrical tape. and that didn't work either. No hot water at night at all, and when it was available in the AM, it was come and go. The drain for the sink and tub were clogged and disgusting. The floors were dirty. Mattress was abused to no return and had a neck ache in the morning. The list goes on, avoid like it's the plague.

I stayed at this hotel with my son overnight to enjoy the recreational parks in the area but had no idea what I booked until I got there. The pics are deceiving!! The wall paper had stains on the walls, the furniture had scratches, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, the rugs were dirty (don’t take your shoes off just grimy) the room Smelled musty, and just overall not clean or good vibes. I feel eery behind the filth to the point I slept w the tv and lights on all night because as unsanitary as the room looked I wasn’t sure if I go to sleep & something bite my toe at night & so I left everything on to be on alert. Next morning the breakfast was not good either. If the rooms are not up to par I can imagine their grill! My whole trip was disappointing just because of my choice to stay there which was my first time & didn’t know any better other than that… the parks and lakes were nice which was the purpose of our trip but never again! I complained to front desk & the staff was polite but pretty much said all the rooms are the same so I didn’t bother to switch to another one just won’t ever go back there again!

Upon arrival to the room we immediately smelled vomit and stale beer throughout the entire room. The floor was covered with HIGHLY VISIBLE stains and debris . There was stains on the linens and bed skirts that smelled sooo terrible. There was mold in the vents and bathroom. The toilet was stained with what appeared to be blood. When I went to the front desk to complain my concerns were met with the utmost unprofessionalism and hostility Ive experienced in years! I would never recommend staying here for any reason whatsoever. 12/10/2022 Ced K.

Well, to start with, if you're staying in the front part, the parking is simply bad. It's so cramped and hard to get in and out of. It's just laid out so poorly. Secondly, we reserved a room with a king bed. Got a room with 2 full size beds.Motel seemed to be full so we didn't request a change, but honestly, we shouldn't have had to. My husband booked this leg of our trip (3 nights here-- shudder!) and he was trying to save money, but some things aren't worth saving money for. The walls AND the carpet AND the sheets were stained. The mattresses were very thin-- 6-8 inches-- and so bouncy that every time you roll over it felt like the bed was going to expel you. There was no comforter or even blanket really, just a top sheet and very thin coverlet, and when we got there, the heat hadn't even been on all day and it was a late October evening, so it took some time for the room temp to even be comfortable. There was a mini fridge but we didn't discover until day 2 that it wasn't even plugged in. There was no disposable bag for the ice bucket, so we didn't dare use that. The only good thing I can say is that the bathroom at least LOOKED nice, but my husband couldn't get the shower to maintain it's temperature at all. It maintained for me, but was too hot no matter what I did. It was just comical. I don't think I've ever stayed at a place this NOT GOOD before. Was very pleased to finally leave and head to our next hotel, which I chose.
