NOVA apart

Apartments in the new Nova apart complex in Novosibirsk. We have tried to create cozy rooms with a homely atmosphere for our guests. The apartment is located in a new building (11 floors and an underground parking lot). The building has a 24-hour security post, access via an intercom. There are three elevators for the convenience of guests. Nova apart is located in an area with developed infrastructure. Within walking distance there are public transport stops, grocery stores (on the 1st floor of the building), pharmacies, pick-up points, coffee shops. Tolmachevo International Airport is 28 km away, and the train station is 7 km away. Convenient transport interchange for trips both to the city center and to the other side via the Bugrinsky bridge, close to the Dzerzhinsky district. More than 20 apartments are offered for living. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: - double bed with white cotton bed linen, orthopedic base, - bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, we provide white towels, - the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils (hob, extractor hood, cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, water filter, tableware for table setting), - Blackout Curtains, - dining table and chairs, - storage cabinets, - free Internet access, - TV with Smart TV function and the ability to connect via smartphone, - air conditioning. Remote check-in. We work with legal entities, payment by bank account is possible. By agreement, long-term accommodation is possible with the provision of additional services (cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels).
