Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, 36 m2, depth 140 cm, 06.05.-16.09.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises.
