Estuve más de una semana en marzo. La estructura es muy elegante, el personal cortés. En la habitación hay una nevera, tetera, seif en el armario, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, SKY. Ubicación muy conveniente. Todo está cerca, estación , estación de autobuses, centro, oficina de correos, teatro, tiendas. Desayuno con productos típicos de Novara, muy bueno. Cosiglio. Gracias por su hospitalidad. ¡Excelente servicio!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while working at Leonardo Cameri. I found the hotel to be clean and well presented, the breakfast that was offered was fresh with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel offered a laundry service, which was excellent. The hotel is close to the centre of Novarra so is ideal for walking to many of the cities bars and resturants.

Very old, staff is not friendly or helpful. You need to leave your room key every time you leave the hotel and wait for someone to be available to give your room key every time you come back making it really frustrating. If you come back to the hotel in their lunch hours, they lock the door into the hotel and you need to wait outside the hotel!!! Not acceptable. They couldn't even help me getting ice, or a taxi. Terrible customer service. Good location They do not clean your rooms, they just do your bed. Not very clean

I have had extended stays at the Hotel Europa on multiple occasions. The hotel is convenient to both the train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet excellent and each and every one of the staff warm and friendly. All the staff speak English making communication a breeze. Novara is off the beaten track for most Americans visiting Italy. In my experience it has been a delightful city to visit with the Hotel Europa being a great home base for exploring the city and especially its people. I look forward to my return.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights last week. The hotel is in a good location, near the staion and close to the historic centre where there are some lovely restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was of a high quality with a selection a fresh fruits and pastries. I would recommend this hotel.

A nice family run hotel where i was made to feel very welcome. I was over for work nearby for almost 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Work started early ( before breakfast hours ) but the hotel were happy to make up breakfast "packs" to take to work everyday which was a nice touch. I enjoyed socialising with the family and staff in the evenings , i even ended up buying some of their very own wine ! Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special shout must go tothe lovely Erica who was extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. Always happy to pour our drinks or take care of any laundry orders etc. nothing was to much trouble for this lovely kind person who really helped so much to make us all feel welcome. If work takes me back to italy i would not hesitate to stay here again.

I travelled to Novara from Scotland for work at a nearby refinery. We stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 weeks. We had 18 people stay for work and the hotel was very nice inside, comfortable rooms and a very good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel went over and above in catering to our needs and provided us with lunch packs for work and also took good care of our team members who were working nightshift. The family who run the hotel looked after us very very well and made our stay very confortable. Can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well and I highly recommend anyone who stays in Novara to stay in this hotel. The hotel is also a short walk to the city centre where there is everything you need from bars. Restaurants and the main tourist spots. If I ever come back to the area the hotel europa will be my first place to call and I look forward to staying here in the future. Well done to all the family and staff at this amazing hotel.
